The Rick Jones thread

We're not getting an origin story, but chances are good there will be flashbacks. During those we might be introduced to the film version of Rick Jones, though nobody has been cast yet. It's also possible that even before and after the flashbacks he'll stick around. Why taking the effort into creating a thread dedicated to Rick Jones? Well, here's a character that never has been showed in any hulk movie, except cartoons. That's why it's important they make an exception for Louis Leterrier's film.

Who the hell is Rick Jones?
He's the guy Bruce Banner saves from a gamma explosion on a testing ground in New Mexico, by throwing him into a trench. The outcome is not all painless, as Banner absorbs the gamma rays from the explosion. You might say Harper is the Rick Jones of Hulk anno 2003. If you've seen the movie, you know what that means. Jones feels guilt for what happened and follows Banner to help him in any way. Explains why it's possible Jones will stick around for the whole film on different occasions.

And of course, who should play Rick Jones?

Maybe, it'd be nice to see but we need the right actor for Rick Jones & I doubt he'll even be in the movie.

Sad but true. Request for him to show up in this film seems to be big. Hopefully Universal Pictures listened.
