The Rocketeer 2?

I heard some rumors about this either a sequel to the 1991 movie (which is awesome) or a reboot of the franchise. Has anyone heard of anything concrete connected to this? For some reason if they ever do decide to make one I hope that they cast Josh Hartnett as Cliff Secord:

I don't see it happening after 18 years. The first one, as I recall, didn't exactly set box office on fire & it's not like the character is a household name.

Exactly. The Rocketeer is a sweet, nostalgic, charming film - none of which are elements that draw in crowds to summer blockbusters.
