Yep. I came up with Don Byrdino. Hype City's kingpin of crime. Now I'm leaning towards a corrupt police captain. Reading James Ellroy will do that to a guy.

With the recent sucess of the reboot of the Marvel RPG, I prepose my next RPG masterwork:

Marvel - Gangstaz.

Basically, take all your favorite Marvel characters, and bling 'em up baby! Maybe even making one or two of them black! Like The Punisher! Take this classic original post from Karem Knight's Norman Osborn...

Norman Osborn is in a dark alley and spots Bullseye and says ''hey what were you doing with Mary Jane Watson''

Could be translated to.

No-man waz in da ghetto wit da posse wen Bulls-eye came around n' he jazzed "Yo whassup ma *****? What you playin' wit Spida-mon's ***** fo?"

We have something special on our hands here people.

Am I the only one who thought that with the insane amount of success the reboot of the Marvel RPG, while the other RPGs are kind of just limping along, a reboot of other RPGs could bring the same amount of enthusiasm that Marvel now has?

I would agree but I think the reboots, if they are done, should be staggered to avoid splitting of interest.

I don't think the DC RPG would need it.

Well, frankly, no. While the other RPG's are in a slump, the Marvel RPG was specifically rebooted because of an influx of unwanted and confusing continuity that had spanned for quite a few seasons. As far as I know, no other RPG has that same problem, which would make any reboot a bigger loss for the history of those games.

Certainly, it would make some of the games look more appealing, but who knows how long that would last? We could end up causing a cycle of rebooting games that would get repetitive after awhile.

Nicely said MB. Rebooting all the rpgs would be a major mistake in the long run. Plus it'll be a spit in the face of the players who had put so much time in creating the various universe's histories.
