I haven't tried it myself (converting FLAC to MP3), but 'isky converter' works well for me when i want to convert odd file extensions into more recognizable and familiar files. It converts just about anything from .flv to MPEG 4, etc, and i see it converts files to .mp3's as well.....

Okay, so I have been all over the internet looking for info on; free downloadable screencasting webbrowser addons, and software programs. I have 3 questions:

1) I currently have Capture Fox for Firefox installed, but was wondering what the BEST FREE addon for Internet Explorer or another software program may be?

*I also have Adobe Captivate.*

2) What is the best free video/audio capture addon or program for capturing and recording youtube, dailymotion, metacafe, etc. videos online?

*I currently have Firefox addons Download Helper, and Download Youtube Videos+ installed, and audacity.*

3) Is there a program that can do both screencasting/recording and video capturing/recording (audio included)?

Try MediaCoder. I've never done FLAC to MP3, but I've done flv to mp3 through it.
