I also have to say that Dutch is great this season. I've thought that he has never been quite as good as he was in the first season, when he was the best damn character in the show. But Season 4 seems to be bringing him back up to that peak form again...

I've been recently watching some of the new episodes and it's preety damn good. I was most shocked by Anthony Anderson, who does a surprisingly good job in a dramatic role.

I wonder if someone could give me a short thing of what's happened so far? It doesn't need to be too specific, just the big stuff.

DarkKnightJRK, go buy Seasons 1-3 of "The SHield" on DVD. Seasons 1 and 2 at least should be fairly cheap by now. Trust me, you won't regret it. Best. TV show. Ever.

This season has been great. I was a little worried after the premiere, but it was just a lot of exposition that set up some really great stuff. Glenn Close has been great (although that's no surprise, she's a hell of an actress) and Anthony Anderson is the scariest bad guy they've had on the show since Armadillo (remember that sicko?). I like the directions they've taken each of the characters in as well... Acevada is becoming more and more disgusting with each episode, Vic is forcing himself to play it all on the right side of the law, Julien is making some rash decisions that could put him and Danny in jeopardy, and Lem looked like he wanted to kill Shane in the last episode. This is the best show on TV. Hands down.

Vic will probably confront his ex and Dutch at the sametime and I hope Dutch knocks him on his ass. That would be one of the top Shield moments.

Ah man, great episode. Dutch is playing the father role in Vic's own damn house, eating his food and reading to his daughter! Talk about retribution. And this whole thing with Antwan/Shane/Vic is gonna end pretty damn ugly.
