The similar evolution of Batman in the comics and Films

I also like Batman holding a gun killing people.....GOD killed people, whats wrong with Batman doing the same.....Sometimes gotta do what you gotta do....If he would of killed Joker, would of saved over billion lives.

I don't see anything in this post that indicates that you were only talking about the Kane/Finger Batman, but I can see that that wasn't your intention so it's my mistake.

I noticed one part of the evolution of killing Batman to no killing rule Batman.

At end of Batman Returns, Batman decides to stop killing and is willing to put Max Shreck in prison rather than killing him.

But then Catwoman electrocutes Max Shreck to death.

Of course, the evolution of this no killing rule is fully completed in Batman Forever.

Kane/Finger/Miller Batman is the best....Yes he kills but most great heroes have.
