Good for you! :D It's still on sale, just don't know for how long.

Comparing the cover of Dark Tower 3 with a CD-cover I saw that was strangely familiar :)

Were they both made by the same guy?

Steven Stone, I think. Love his art for Wolves and The Dark Tower. Shame those covers weren't brought to the US with his Song of Susannah cover.

I just read 11/22/63 again. I will say that I think it's my favorite Stephen King book. I fell in love with all of the characters (Not Oswald). The plot was excellent. The ending is probably one of the better endings in a King book. I really don't think there's any weaknesses in the novel.

The Stephen King Companion Is Back!

Posted: January 21, 2015, 08:30:05

The Stephen King Companion by George Beahm was the first book I read about King back in 1991. I also got the updated version when it was released in 1995. Now I’m happy to say that there will be yet another, updated version released in 2015. Further details are forthcoming from the author and publisher shortly…

The Moderator over at King's board had an update on what King is working on.

Mod at SKMB:

Last week he told me he was working on edits for The Bazaar of Bad Dreams and had a new short story in the wings. I haven't read that one yet but couldn't say more even if I had.

Not sure if the short story mentioned is for the book or not though...

Section: Book » The Bazaar of Bad Dreams

King has confirmed that Bad Little Kid will be included in The Bazaar of Bad Dreams. This was posted in the official forum.

I asked Steve last week if there was any update on the TOC and got this response:
".....the final table of contents hasn’t been decided,
either the stories or the order, but that one of the longer ones has never
been published in this country, and some not at all."

Pey Sematary was one of the first ever books I read.

Drunken Fireworks will be released on June 30 as an audio book and then included in The Bazaar of Bad Dreams when it's released in November. Here is what's posted on King's site about it.

Simon & Schuster Audio is thrilled to announce the publication of DRUNKEN FIREWORKS, a brand new story from Stephen King. DRUNKEN FIREWORKS will be released exclusively as an audiobook on June 30, 2015.

DRUNKEN FIREWORKS will be released on CD and as a digital download before it is published as one of the short stories in King’s collection, THE BAZAAR OF BAD DREAMS, coming from Simon & Schuster Audio and Scribner in November 2015.

Hi, I have been a fan of Stephen King's novels. I was able to read "The Shining" and now I am interested to start with "Revival" . Does anyone here have tried reading it?

A co-worker promised to let me borrow it but he's being very slow with it. He said it was slow and boring but that hasn't happened to me once with any of King's book so now I am that much more curious about it. I suspect that I will like it just fine....if he ever finishes it and passes it on. :p

Maybe it does move slowly, but it is far from boring. The last few chapters are like rapid-fire, and were pretty damn scary if you ask me.

Friend at work let me borrow Revival and I'm about a quarter of the way through. It's good enough for me so far. It may be a bit slow, but it's not boring at all. :)

I think Skeleton Crew is my favorite collection of short stories written by Stephen King.

Section: Book » The Bazaar of Bad Dreams Here is a short interview with King about A Death. In it he confirmes that the story will be included in The Bazaar of Bad Dreams.

Finished Revival and it was a decent read. Not one of his top best but still a good page turner. :)

I finished It finally. I really loved it. You couldn't help but fall in love with those characters.

I really haven't met a King book I haven't liked. :p
