any of psylocke?
col vs jugs was replaced by jug vs kitty.....appartantly they couldnt use em both

No Psylocke (they seem to have left her psi dagger's out of every cut of the film)

and Colossus vs Juggernaut happened when Kitty reaches Leech and Jugs breaks in

and the Jean after credits ending where objects start levitating around the school and you see her grave blow up and empty

MaleRouge: No, i snuck into a press screening in April

Phoenix: Thats not in it

That will contain extras and behind-the-scene footage. Go read the interview again.

but the "super duper" dvd isnt a re cut of the actual film. its not a "real" directors cut where the actual footage are changed. only added goodies to the dvd itself. which was stated in most interview posts posted numerous times before

possiblity all the goodies that region 1 didnt get which other regions got. like prob more deleted scenes, colossus easter egg, concept arts, and prob a behind the scenes type of things.

on the commentary Brett said he will do a director's cut...look at the interview buddy...that thing is from like a month ago.

Which means that the interview is more recent than the commentary.

The interview is from September. The DVD would have had to be complete by then so that they could be manufactured, therefore, the commentary was already done (probably in the summer).

weren't you the one who posted that interview with Famke from CBS?

I still wonder what happened to the Phoenix alternate ending???

Yea I know...but with all that aside, Xavier never said in the movie "You have no idea what you've done." or "You have have no idea what is upon us now."

I think it's more along the lines of them having different versions of scenes and stuff.

I mean, in the trailer, there are different versions of Magneto saying "Who will you stand with" and "We are the cure" than from the movie.

It's just different versions of the scenes that they filmed. So the whole "You have no idea, you have no idea what is upon us now" I think was a different version of the "You have no idea of what she is capable" scene.

^Any chance we will see these scenes in a future dvd?

erm.. i thought that was a rumour  lol.

I think you'll find it was. There was only one after credits scene.

That scene in the teaser when one of the police cars is flipped by Magneto, the camera angle is inside the truck and the car hits the windshield...you can see the license plate. In the movie, two cares are crushed and two flipped to the side.

Which is still an alternate scene that we haven't seen. It could be better, we will never know. I mean if it is in the trailer, it was filmed and cut and used to some level, but is not on the dvd. So it sits somewhere waiting in the hands of Fox.

god, watching some of the deleted scenes, reading and thinking about what's left on the cutting room floor, and finally, just thinking about better ways that some scenes could've been put together...

this movie is screaming for an extended cut!!!

i know neither of the other x-movies had extended cuts, but they were more well-received.

elektra and daredevil had bad reviews, and so they got their respective director's cuts. i know it's a small chance, but i really want x3 to be recut. wouldnt it be awesome if brett ratner let bryan singer recut his film with him? hahaha.

Patrick Stewart may have recorded the lines separately, or the sound editors may have just created that line.

Like in the trailer Storm says "It's time we make our choice." Instead of "She made her choice, now it's time we make ours." The sound editors have obviously got clips of her saying each word and edited them together. That's why it sounds a bit off in the trailer.

Ratner has stated that he shot multiple takes of a lot of scenes, from different angles to even using different lines, so I can imagine that a lot of scenes have the actors saying the same lines differently (as described here).

Notice how in an early clip of the movie at Showest in the Danger Room there's a snippet where Logan says "I go for a little while and the whole world goes to hell". That same line is in the novel but in the movie it's changed to "You're going to just sit there while the whole world goes to hell? Let's go". And it was shot from a different angle.

Perhaps maybe some lines the editors rejointed and such, but I believe for a majority of them it was just a lot of different takes on the same scene.

Of course there are a lot of different versions that didn't make the final cut because the rough footage was close to four hours.

Which puzzles me why we got an hour and a half movie. Ratner was so obsessed with pacing that the little moments that make an X-Men movie so special were forgotten.

I think the 90minute edict was from Fox so they could have more showings per day.
