doesn't surprise me about Gamefaqs.

in the past, it used to be a place where you could get legit tips and ask legit questions and have legit discussions about games.

now, the forums have devolved into a cesspool of trolls and "baiting" topic titles that are so obviously designed to incite arguments. Some topic title questions are so stupid and moronic you just know they are meant to troll.

and when someone does ask a legit question, he/she is either not believed by other posters and is treated like a troll. or the thread quickly devolves into trolling and petty arguments amongst the posters.

That's the problem with forums like gamefaqs. The lack of human moderators allows people to get away with almost anything there. Even if someone were to get either banned, warned or put on purgatory they'd be back with a different account in less than 10 minutes.

If gamefaqs was like most forums and was actually run by diligent moderators that aren't gonna put up with those shenanigans, the trolls there would be banned in no time.

so that means 2 unknowns left, one of them looks to be female. please let it be Raven.

on his Twitter page, back in August, Boon retweeted an Alex Ross art of the Atom. and now, Atom has been confirmed.

a few weeks earlier, in July, Boon retweeted concept art of New 52 Raven ( by an NRS artist I believe ).

and those have been the only 2 character arts he's retweeted.

so...........should I get my hopes up?? lol

no, I think he said DLC won't be any returning DLC characters from the 1st game. so no Zatanna, Batgirl, Lobo, etc.

don't think he specifically mentioned no returning characters from 1st game as DLC in Injustice 2.

in fact, he actually put up a poll asking fans if they'd like returning characters or new characters as DLC for Injustice 2. New characters won out, but that doesn't mean one DLC character at least can't be a returning character.

after all, why then retweet that concept art of Raven, from an NRS artist no less, out of all the characters you could have picked.

and then a few weeks later he retweets an Atom art, and sure enough Atom is confirmed.

I was expecting a Hellboy trailer.

Atom looks like a lot of fun, though. Plus, it's always great to see Ryan Choi in stuff.

but if they are skipping ahead and revealing Atom now, hopefully that means they will reveal the final 2 DLC characters soon. it seems they aren't going to wait for a "proper" fighter pack trailer where they reveal all at onces like with Pack 1 and Pack 2.

I'm sure atom voice actors from legeds will be a costume just like arrow's but we'll have to see.

It’s really cool how they implemented Atom’s powers into his move set. I figured Boon was trolling us but I didn’t think Atom would actually end up being in the game. This is definitely a pleasant surprise, all bets are off on who the last two DLC characters are but I’m willing to bet it’s Enchantress and Spawn although, I would prefer Etrigan over ol’ Al Simmons but I understand the demand for the character’s inclusion in the game.

Alot of figtinmg games are in a way . starting with king of fighters which made a come back with it's characters list for it's fighting games series by sheer number to this .

That's so awesome! Jaime Reyes, Jason Rusch and Ryan Choi in a game together!! That's awesome! These 3 characters created quite an uproar back when they were first revealed in the mid 2000's. Glad to see how far they've come since then!

I remember people on sites like Youtube saying Atom's silhouette was Ant-Man. I mean come on now. For one thing Ant-Man is Marvel and even if there was ever a snowball's chance in hell of a Marvel character appearing in a DC game, I'm sure it wouldn't be Ant-Man. Spider-man, Iron Man and Captain America would be the top main choices for a Marvel guest.

Warner Bros. will release Injustice 2 for PC via Steam and the Windows Store this fall, the publisher announced.


The PC version of Injustice 2 is being ported by QLOC. Starting October 25, users will be able to participate in an open beta available through Steam.
