I was really holding out hope that Vixen would be her own DLC character.

And I guess that rules out Vixen being one of the DLC characters.

which sucks for Vixen fans, but good news for me as a Raven fan......lol ( one less competitor for that DLC spot ).

This just really annoys me. It would have made more sense to have Cheetah be a Premier Skin for Catwoman, than Vixed being a skin for Cheetah. I was neutral on the character, didn't like or dislike her. Now I think she's a wasted spot, when we could have had someone more awesome in her place.

Catwoman is just some thief in a cat costume while Cheetah has the powers of an actual god and moves like an actual feline. Vixen makes more sense as a skin for Cheetah than Cheetah does for Catwoman since Mari can actually channel feline like abilities.


Anyway my guess is the last female is Enchantress and Beast Boy is definitely one of the DLC characters.

eh. if Beast Boy does indeed make it, but no Raven, that would be an extremely dickish move.....imo.

Its not really that he looks old. His face looks more realistic, like its based on someones face and not a caricature. Like i said before it looks like damians face in that last trailer looks just like asa butterfield, harley looks just like margot robbie.

Apparently [BLACKOUT]Nightwing[/BLACKOUT] is in the game as an NPC (like Rain and Baraka in Mortal Kombat X) but I'm not sure if he's a premiere skin but you can for a fact get gear for Damien that resembles his suit.

boon already said on video I think it was ether EGM or Game Zone article that via the multiverse there are other version of a character that died and it's also possble to get the same one that supposedly died back too. so while people fromt he fan base think we may never get to play as a certain character ever again . that's not the case.

Before we say a word about this new Injustice 2 leak, be warned that it may contain spoilers for the game’s story mode. If you want to go in completely fresh, you should turn back now.

The return of Nightwing in Injustice 2 was recently confirmed thanks to an image leaked to Reddit, but the hero’s role in the game is still very unclear.
Nightwing was a playable fighter in Injustice: Gods Among Us, but after Injustice 2‘s entire roster was confirmed, fans accepted that the character would not be returning.

Reddit user SoultakerKatana recently called this into question, however, after posting a screenshot of what looks to be Damian Wayne as Nightwing battling it out with Firestorm.

The name listed at the top of the screen says “Nightwing,” but this would still leave open the possibility that it is just a premier skin for Robin. The part of the image that most supports the theory of his return is the fact that he is wielding a staff instead of Robin’s sword. This weapon change would have a drastic impact on the fighter’s moveset animations and would likely require its own selection of moves to look natural.


From here, we are left with two likely possibilities. Firstly, Nightwing could be an adversarial NPC in the game’s story mode that uses the character’s moveset from the previous game and isn’t available for use by players. This would be unfortunate, but it wouldn’t be the first time NetherRealms included non-playable fighters in its games.


The other likelihood is that Nightwing will return to the series as a future DLC character. We already know that the developer has considered bringing back old characters to the game, and the recently revealed line-up of DLC fighters has one silhouette, on the very far left, that could conceivably be Nightwing.


It is also not impossible that the outfit is a premier skin like the one’s that recently leaked. The premier skin could simply make changes to Robin’s moveset through the game’s gear system—but the necessary changes would seem too extensive to accommodate an entirely different weapon and fighting style.


Fans will know Nightwing’s role in Injustice 2 soon when the game launches on May 16th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players are already enjoying the mobile version of the game which dropped on May 11th.</div>
