[FONT=&quot]Zendaya has jumped from Disney youngling to genre star with her upcoming role in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but she wants to make sure Injustice 2 fans don’t mistake her for Starfire.
The NetherRealm Studios fighter announced its first DLC Friday, which includes iconic DC characters Red Hood and Starfire, as well as Mortal Kombat‘s chilly fighter Sub-Zero.

Among the fan reactions on social media were several tweets from Zendaya, who pointed out an uncanny resemblance between her and the new Teen Titans addition. Her first tweet on the topic, now deleted, linked to the official announcement and read “Am I tripping or is that my face lmao.” Though that tweet is now gone, some of Zendaya’s later comments are still live.

According to the actress, the resemblance begins and ends with the face of the superhero, as the rest of the look isn’t as true to life. She dubbed the hashtag #ittybittytittycomitee to point out “that’s how I knew it wasn’t me.”

No word from the Injustice 2 team on if their design choice was made after watching Disney Channel. Regardless, fans can fight to the death with Injustice 2 when it launches on May 16th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Loving it so far, really loving the customization options. Also, I made a guild, it's called Bullet Club. ID is B9RBJ just in case y'all want to join up, I plan on being plenty active with this game.

I'll supposedly be able to start playing the game in a couple of minutes. I'll probably do a story chapter first then go for Batman and Green Lantern's multiverse endings then try to make new armor gear for those two

It just unlocked for me (it's 11:00 pm here) so I'm gonna start playing now!!

It unlocked but downloading an update. When will the first fighter pack be available? I want me some sub-zero and red hood already

Haha zendaya is such a goofball.

Been watching live stream of the game and yeah....it gets crazy. Quite a few surprise characters.

I'm glad I didn't spoil myself much with the story. It's super hard to resist but it's worth waiting for when playing. I did the same with MK X and it was also an awesome experience

Welp my gamestop promised a midnight release and apparently cancelled. Guess im getting my copy in the morning.

A bit frustrated, perhaps I am missing something.

I pre ordered the deluxe version. Which to my understanding comes with the Power Girl skin, and the DS character as it is a preorder.

Both are locked.

Well if its anything like the last MK, it could take a while for them to come up. It took mine a few days before my extra content was unlocked.

How do I get arcade/multiverse character endings?

The frustrating thing is that I feel like the game was really setting up for
a redemption arc for Superman.

Moments like him and Batman standing over the former League table and them working together to fight against Brainiac. Hell, I thought when he took over control of Brainiac's ship and Bruce said that it could kill him, that it was going to result in a noble sacrifice for Superman.

I really don't like how they pretty much have to make Batman the hero of both stories. For someone that's supposedly the underdog, he's always chosen as the clear favorite and never allowed to lose in the fights that matters most against Superman.

Thankfully though, this Injustice universe is just another world and isn't presented as the canon DC universe.

I really wish they would have made a mention of the league from the other world that were vital in defeating the regime and how it was that world's Superman who put the evil one in prison in the first place.

After revisiting Injustice 1...

I am ok with the fact that Superman didn't get a redemption arc in Injustice 2. He was simply too far gone.

He wanted to destroy Metropolis and Gotham City to set an example and then murdered Billy Batson in cold blood. I really hope that the final story arc, if we get an Injustice 3, will be Flash or some other time traveler changing the past, so Superman will never become a Dictator.

Eh it's hard to take Gameinformer seriously because they're owned by Gamestop and are a glorified marketing tool. As long as a game is functional, the lowest they'll rate is a six, but from I've seen of it and from what I've some of my more competitively minded friends, this is possibly the best game NRS has ever made.

so for those who have played it, how is it and is Raven mentioned/hinted at all in any of the story chapters or individual character stories?

This is ridiculously fun to play, and the newer elements (creating multiple load-outs, upgrading/customizing character details, etc) have made it more of an addictive game to play.

The online play is pretty great, too. It had been quite awhile since I really dug into playing one of these fighting games, so I was getting ripped to shreds by some of these dudes online at first. It's amazing how some people could seemingly master the game mechanics and individual characters within the first 2 hours after the game was released.

Seemed pretty solid to me. Didn't have any noticeable issues.

I love this game! Like how Superman is treated or not, the story is fantastic and even better than the first one. Gameplay is so fun and good. Opening mother boxes and customizing characters is great. Multiverse is a great new addition.

Unfortunately no, Raven isn't mentioned at all during storymode. Cyborg does bring up the Titans though or more specifically Starfire and Beast Boy.

As for the younger heroes, Supergirl, Cyborg, Blue Beetle and Firestorm all have story chapters.

how prominent of a role does Supergirl get in the story?

and is her alignment good or bad?

I haven't beat it yet, but it looks like shell be on Supermans side, aka the Regime. But I have a feeling all that good bad stuff is going to really grey out with the arrival of Brainiac.

As for how prominent she is, it doesn't look like any one character hogs the spotlight. This isnt a Supergirl game/story,
