They're both great, but I always remember Harland's the easiest.

Norm has too many cringeworthy moments. Harland is hilarious from beginning to end. He has yet to disappoint. For a few years in the early days, Conan's best guests were Marc Maron and Dave Chappelle. Although some would argue that before he got married, Rebecca Romijn was the best guest since that's when Conan was at his most crazy. I'll never forget when he kissed her and celebrated to such an extreme that he grabbed his chair and tossed it across the stage. But in recent years his best has been Harland. When he's on you just can't miss it.
