I am really tired of the long monologues and the short skits. All that happened was Pierre Bernard walking in a thong and then Tobey Maguire. That is lame. Conan would ALWAYS do something awesome after the monologue during Late Night. You don't have to be Leno. Cut down the monologue like it use to be.
