The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn

Does that really matter so much, David Borenaz played a vampire in 3 seasons of Buffy and then another 5 on his own show. Sure you could tell the actor aged some, but didn't make that much of an impact on the show.

You have a point, but whatever. And like I've said before, the books don't take place far apart from each-other time-wise. New Moon starts at the start of the following school year, so 3-4 months. Eclipse takes place only a month or two after the end of New Moon. Breaking Dawn is only a few weeks after Eclipse. So the whole saga takes place within 2 years total. Which is how long it'll be once the B.D. movie is out.

Boreanez isn't a teen. Surely people recognize the fact that the youths age significantly quicker in a period of time than adults do.

Scratch That: No 'Eclipse' Director Locked In

Some crazy, crazy news this evening as the LA Times is calling out Variety and Deadline Hollywood for posting false news that Juan Antonio Bayona (The Orphange) has been tapped to direct The Twilight Saga's Eclipse for Summit Entertainment. According to Erik Feig, who’s president of production at Summit, there is still no director attached. "We’ve met with three or four talented filmmakers and we’ll be meeting with three or four more other candidates before we make any decision. No one has been offered the job." considering most of the cast looks relatively young, including the older cast members,
they won't have any problem putting out a movie every year for the next 3 years.

Has anyone else seen Taylor Lautner lately?
the guy is ripped beyond belief! and he is only 17, he put on some 30 pounds of pure muscle.

You got to give credit to the guy for dedication!

This is a blessing. Get em out of the way fast, I say. Then we can all move on and forget about this emo vampire soap opera.

I figured a director of his caliber wouldn't touch this material. Some Twilight fan was probably like "If Alfonso Cuaron could direct Harry Potter, Twilight should get this guy!"

Everyone knows he's really in talks. He's just not locked.

I personally hope they go with Barrymore instead, just so that all the female fans of the series will feel like there's a female voice behind the movie - one who is a fan of the books, too. A lot of the ladies who love sparkly vampires were upset when a dude got to direct the second one, so why the hell not, right?

I've heard Hard Candy is good so this sounds like a winner to me.

Better than Barrymore.

The Twilight community is outraged by this. In fact, we're starting an army and are going to bombard those bastards at Summit with calls, E-Mails, and letters until this can be resolved. It worked with preventing the replacement of Taylor, it might work again.

Bryce Dallas Howard >>>>>>>>> other girl

haha :hehe:

No. Rachelle Lefevre > BDH when it comes to Victoria. I don't care who her daddy is.

I guess they figure the series is a money maker they want to put a star in the movie now.

Thats kinda a crappy thing to do the actress who was in the first two, if you ask me.

it's weird to have Bryce in. Her along with Michael Sheen are damn good actors so to me it gives the series more crediblity I suppose. Plus, Bryce is HOT. I LOVE GINGER KIDS.

Indeed.

So here we are awaiting the next installment of the Twilight saga. New Moon left me feeling blah. It just wasn't what I was expecting or hoping to see. But maybe I was wrong going in thinking the movie based on the book that focused on the wolfs would actually focus on the wolfs. I'm hoping the third one can bring it back to the level of the first.

Well if this has to be made just remember: The night is only the darkness before the breaking dawn, twilight, new moon, eclipse, wanning cresent, full moon, sunset, and whatever else they choose to name a book with vampires after these days. In other words, it's never going to end

There are only four books, so there's only gonna be four movies. So quit whining.
