As much as I think it was really crappy what Summit did to Rachelle Lefevre, especially considering Twilight was her first big thing and Bryce Dallas Howard is more established and doesn't need it as much, I am curious to see what Bryce will look like as Victoria.

Also looking forward to the return of Dakota Fanning as Jane and her evilness. Why are little girl vampires so creepy?

I don't see what the big fuss is all about. Most of the people who see Eclipse either won't care or notice the new Victoria, save for the die-hard fans. Personally, I think Howard looks much more like Lefevre than say, Maggie Gyllenhaal's small resemblance to Katie Holmes.

And it isn't like Bryce isn't gloating about being a replacement. She seems very humble and very respectful towards the fans about her replacing Levefre.

Exactly. Us fans harbor no hate toward Bryce. We blame Summit and Rachelle's agent.

In the end Bryce is a good actress and will hopefully make the transition a smooth one.

Howard Shore is one of my favorite composers so I am happy to hear this news.

Summit is really stepping things up with Eclipse.

I'm actually surprised Summit and David Slade wanted Shore (and that he agreed to come on). I thought Slade would've picked someone unconventional or Alexandre Desplat again.

I'm looking forward to this movie. New Moon left me a little underwhelmed but I'm hoping this outing steps up and delivers on what was built in the first two.

Slade as the director has my interest peaked, I have to admit. I finally saw Twilight on cable, and had a strong urge to kill afterwords, it was so bad! But I love what Slade does as far as visual storytelling, and maybe he'll be able to fix any clunky dialogue. The main thing about Twilight for me was that most of the dialogue was just atrocious.
