The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn

They aren't really related. None of the Cullens are actually related.

Edward considers Carlisle his father. He is the head of the household, after all.

He is the father in the since that Carlisle created his life as a vampire.

Honestly, I preferred watching Twilight over New Moon... i hope Eclipse will be a better film than New Moon..

I like New Moon more than Twilight. And that's coming from someone who loves the first movie. New Moon was closer to the book, better special effects, and a lot of the things people hated (not me) about the first one weren't in the second as much. It wasn't perfect, and had flaws, but in the end I think it's a better film

This series could do with some Christopher Walken. And maybe some ninjas.

That'd actually be pretty cool if Christopher Walken played one of the many vampires that show up in Breaking Dawn.

just wish the acting was better the main cast are horrible/taylor/kristen/robert/ but everyone else is fine

Most of the main characters are just... boring. Except for Edward, the Cullen family has some interesting backstories that are more engaging.

I actually think Kristen Stewart is a very good actress. She is just saddled with a very petty, selfish and boring character who on the page was little more than proxy, but on film is a very annoying protagonist.

She was really good in Into the Wild and Adventureland and I've heard great things about her in Yellow Handkerchief and others. It is just that Bella Swann is so....bland.

Pattinson and Lautner do not have to act all that much (though in New Moon Lautner had to pull off more of a range of emotions and thoughts that Pattinson has had to do for two films) so I cannot really judge either based on the Twilight films. They play what is written, which is not that much, honestly.

I think David Cronenberg should direct the next one. I heard it had some weird birth scene or something, but it sounds right up his alley. Although it would be an 18 and all the fans couldn't see it, but at least it would be good.

Dear God no!!!!!!!!! An effing Twilight movie wouldn't be an ideal type of companion piece to be beside all of the movies that he has done.

*shutters some more

Actually when you put it that way,it wouldn't sound like a bad idea at all. It would have to be different enough for me,like REALLY REALLY different,he's the master of body horror after all.

I thought that Lautner managed to portray the most emotion out of everyone. He was very believable.

It's a shame it has such a large fan base that would go crazy if anything was changed. he could totally turn it around into a legimate piece of decent cinema for everyone, not just screaming 12 year old girls. Oh, and replace Robert Pattinson with Viggo Mortensen.

^Ha that would be awesome,it's a shame that if would largely disappoint a good majority of Twilight's fanbase if he played Edward,I can see it now...
:whatever:

And even the action would be top notch. Eastern Promises,A History Of Violence. :awesome:

I was having one my inspirational momments the other day when it hit me. Edward Cullen = Jean Claude Van Damme. Werewolf kid = Dolph Ludgren. And put Christopher walken and Steve Buscemi in there somewhere. But keep the rest of the cast the same. And maybe have Paul Verhoven direct it, with his stylised toungue-in-cheek but highy symbolic directing style. Best movie ever.

Just let this "Twilight Saga" finish... at Breaking Dawn (or however more films the actors have signed on to...) and then...
ReBOOT!!!

And we will get the R version of Twilight...

With Van Damme and Lundgren directed by Cronenberg and Verhoven...:awesome:

Lautner has the charisma of a wall.

Apparently tween girls love screaming when they see a wall

Hes not that bad... looking at the trailer for Eclipse. As someone above explained it nicely, the characters in these movies are just [walls].

Remember he was Sharkboy once.... :awesome:
