I'm seeing it tomorrow, as I said before, i'll watch anything with Brad Bird's name on it. The Iron Giant is probably my favorite animated movie of all time next to Mask of the Phantasm.

Remember I said it months ago, Brad Bird is going to be the hot name next year. I'd love to see him attached to a Marvel movie or better yet finally a decent DC movie.

Brad Bird, Gore Verbinski, Andrew Stanton, and a few others are the best up and coming directors.

Other than the Nolan Bat films, no. They all stink.

The only decent DC films of recent years outside of Batman have been part of DC's non-DCU library, like V for Vendetta or Red.

MI:GP was totally boss, as Darth predicted. I love how Abrams kills off a star of one of his TV shows right at the beginning of his MI movies. :funny:

Uh. Superman, Superman II, Batman 89?

Those came out like 40 years ago and Batman 89 has not aged well at all IMO. I'm talking about recently too since the big comic book movie boom.

Yeah, it's what have you done for me lately when it comes to comic book movies.

I still liked Watchmen...

I liked it even though it was rather souless.

Also, Marry Christmas ya *****e bags! :awesome:

Brad Bird should have done Avengers. I still am not fully confident in Whedon.

He was still a producer.

Which probably translates to 'I'll go ahead and put my name on this, since my name is somewhat big now, but I don't give a **** anymore.'

And Spielberg produced the Transformers films... Doesn't make them his fault either...

Although they wouldn't have existed if it weren't for him...

Well... My Christmas Die Hard viewing is done with... Now what to do with myself?

grimlins, a christmas story, dcau x-mas episodes?
