This show is so Gangsta

Shawn Ryan is a Genius.

Have you guys been watching?

Yooooooooooooo!!

I can't believe
they killed off Hector!
:wow:

I can't remember the last time a tv show surprised me.

It hasn't aired yet on the west yet. But I had a feeling it would be him that was biting the dust. :o

The preview from last week was obviously trying to throw viewers off by showing Grey getting shot.

And Hector seeing the Colonel & that ***** Tiffy coming out of the hotel room was his death certificate.

Ryan promised a death that would be on the same level when Lem was killed off on the Shield. Good job :csad:

Yeah this show is way better than the way 24 has been for the past 4 years

I didn't see the previews so I had no idea someone was dying. No cast member has ever croaked before have they? (I only started watching last season)

This was the most Hector-centric episode...and he's dead.

They completely cut him out of the opening sequence.

That was a bit much.

But hey thats how they do things in The Unit.

I gotta get the first few seasons on dvd.

So was this latest episode the first to have a major focus on the latino guy (can't remember his name)?

It's the first one since I've been watching to do so. He and Hector were usually in the background.

Actually I think it's the 2nd or 3rd time that Grey's been the main focal point of a episode. There was a episode where the Unit were in Israel to train the Israelis special forces or something. Grey took a liking to their female member. They later ran off to some hiding place where Grey got to tickle her with his pistol.:o The bad thing about this hiding place though. It's on the Palestinian side of the fence. And it just so happens to serve as a meeting place for the local terrorist group.

Has this been canceled?

I hope not...

Nope. Season was cut short due to the strike. It's coming back this fall on Sunday nights.:yay:

Season was cut short due to the strike.

Yeah I knew about that. But I saw a commercial for some new show that's gonna be in The Unit's regular spot so that made me wonder.

It's coming back this fall on Sunday nights.:yay:

Season premiere tonight. Damn...was it always on at 10? When it was in it's old slot I could stay up all night, but now it's on Sundays and I gotta work early in the morning! :csad: Damn you, CBS!!!!!!

I'm just glad Mack
finally found out about Tiffy and Ryan.
I mean, it's about damn time.

But the magnitude of the plot gives the show an almost 24-type feel now. I'm not sure where this plot is going, but they should tread carefully. They could easily go into JTS territory.

He pretty much already knew. [BLACKOUT]Remember last season he followed her and saw her meet with Ryan. She was actually breaking it off but how could Mack know?[/BLACKOUT]

Same here. I'm also glad that the whole team is on board with Mack.

I'm guessing he had his suspicion but was waiting til he had hard concrete evidence. Now he has it and can now act on it.

Throw away gun ftw. :word:

Another thing .....

I'm not feeling the new female member. Not because she's a chick. But with the way she gain membership into the unit. A helping hand on 2 missions and she's in ? Don't they have a lengthy selection process that usually takes years ? It just seem out of wax.

The "fight" between Mack and Bob was funny.

Why do i get the feeling another main character will die this season?

Love the show, Own the first season on DVD... Mondays just got interesting for me again

It was awful convenient, wasn't it?

Looks like we might get that next week. :wow:
While it looks like Ryan is the one who will die. I remember last season where the previews were hinting that Grey was going to die. But instead it was Hector who bit the bullet. So who knows.

Missed it yesterday. Guess I'll watch it on the cbs site sometime this week...

Anyone else get the urge to throw things at the screen when the words 'To Be Continued' appears?

at this point i can see four people in the firing line next week..

Last Seasons....
Hector death was a complete and utter shock to me. never seen any Unit preview nor read any spoilers for the show so i had no clue anything like that was going to happen. the aftermath episode after that was a real kicker IMHO

I'm also confused about the current plot, isn't this the first episode this season not to be part of this multi-epi arc? Where are they going with this arc?

And what was the point of the failure episode a few weeks ago?

Molly + seance = shark jump. That was just stupid. They've completely screwed the pooch as far as the wives this season.
