I'll take the simpler, more comic accurate approach to costumes that First Class has over the complex, "let's make it different" approach to the new Spider-Man reboot.

I am digging the first class costumes especially Emma Frost's

Have not seen the Spiderman costume properly what be different about it

You get the jacket back when you give me back my cakes :argh:
i no longer have those cakes so i can't help you there, but i can offer you two hundred...and forty dollars...worth of pudding

thinner stripes down his arms, redesigned gloves, the belt doesn't attach to the red section of the torso, there's a red stripe down the outside of his legs, he has silver tennis shoe soles on his boots, an awkward peak in the blue at his traps, and the fabric looks like a basketball

example, example, example

I will accept your counter offer if you also give me a pony

A magic pony

A magic pony that sings

I do not hate this new design but not sure i give it a  either

The best part is when they bash a costume and then post their own costume design which is even more horrendous than the costume they're bashing.

I dont think I can count high enough the amount of costume "designs" I have seen for Spiderman that have been made by fans. They all suck.

I twisted my ankle at work today. I've been sitting around all day, icing it, heating it, and wrapping it up.

On the plus side, Netflix. I'm finally watching Zombieland.

D'awwww hope it feels better soon Manic :csad: what do you think of Zombieland are you enjoying it so far

It's pretty good so far, but I was expecting it to be funnier.

I just reached Bill Murray and came in here to say "Nevermind. It's Bill ****ing Murray! :awesome: "

Spoilers! :ninja:

Speaking of Alex Kingston be back in Doctor Who this year

I loves her and her time travelling hawtness :atp:

Don't venture into the Doctor Who thread. I swear everyone in there seems to hate her for reasons I'm not entirely sure of. I'm just enjoying her cheeky flirtatiousness and the crazy mystery surrounding her character. Is she the Doctor's future wife? His assassin? An obsessed stalker in time? Dr. Corday finally moving on from her dead husband?

Or is she all of the above :wow:

You know I'm right. Shes Dr Corday stalking the Doctor before she marries him and then assasinates him

I do not understand why people do not like her she is fun on a bun

I think some people don't like her because they're not attracted to her (Kingston's best days are sadly behind her). Some seem to think she's a Mary Sue despite being no more or less competent than any other Companion. I get the feeling some other fans are still attached to the pre-1996 notion that the Doctor should never be romantically attached to anyone ever.

no more or less competent than any other companion? she show's the doctor how to use his own damn equipment!?!

But the Doctor taught her first later on in his own personal timeline

Wibbly wobbley timey wimey

Romana could also pilot the TARDIS better than the Doctor. She even rubbed it in his face once when she made a perfect landing. Nyssa could pilot the TARDIS, too. Captain Jack was seen repairing it once.

Captain Jack repaired it on an episode of Doctor Who, not Torchwood. Jack, Nyssa, and Romana were some of the companions who were just (or nearly) as smart as the Doctor. Zoe (and maybe Adric) was better than the Doctor at math.

Yet River comes along and knows which button stops the TARDIS from shaking, and she's a Mary Sue.

i didn't see much of the david tennant run either, i hate him also

It was a Christopher Eccleston episode.

missed it then. those are all on netflix now though so i'll see it soon. still, i just hate river. not because of the mary sue thing, but because she's just so damn irritating.

i've thought about it, btu then i see a documentary about depressing depression in depressia and watch that instead
