Alright fellas (and ladies now, woohoo!). The first [and second and third and forth and fifth] lounge has gone on long enough. Sometimes you want to go [again] where everyone [still] knows your username, ya' know? I figure we, the proud posters of the DC Comics boards (and some stragglers), possibly one of the tightest cliques on these forums [still] deserve the right to lounge. I mean, who else has ASSHAT? (am i [still] allowed to say that?)

Now we all [sort of] remember the catastrophe that was the Darth&Leaguer threads, and their unjust closings, and the glory that was the Original unOFFICIAL DC Boards Lounge [and unORIGINAL and unDISPUTED and unPREDICTABLE], but we have the opportunity and right to talk [again] now about whatever is in our heads, unless it involves shoving things up a monkey's ass (or torrents), but that's neither here nor there. Also, we can't talk about rape, but we are free to taffy all we want.

It appears we only get 1000 posts a thread now, so make them good.

So after listening to Beady Eye's album, I've decided that Oasis still rocks, but none of the other members are the songwriting equal of one Mr. Noel Gallagher, *****e though he may have been. There are a few really good songs early in the Beady Eye album, but it kind of tapers off toward the end and overall I wouldn't say it quite stands up to Oasis' best.

It's mediocre at best. You need the dysfunctional crazy guy to complete the band. Nice guys don't make good music.

I don't think Liam Gallagher is a particularly nice guy himself. He was at least as spacey and obnoxious as his brother at times. I think he just wasn't as outright mean.

But yeah, I guess you do need the dick to make it work. That's what all the Behind the Musics tell me, anyway. A bunch of guys can get together and play music all they want, but it ain't a proper band until one guy shows up at the studio drunk off his ass with a hooker still attached to his junk and breaks a guitar over his bandmate's head.

@Darthphere: Yeah we're all excited for Captain America, tho i found the 1st minute boring since i know the story, so heres hoping for more action oriented one next, but it is a great trailer for the general audience. =)
