no, i think some fans are harder on her because she's a complainer. and she can't write batman halfway decent for even a single page

Simone seems to have a tendency to overdo it when it comes to feminism, but that's not always the case. Perhaps that's where the resentment comes from.

Personally, I don't see it.

I don't know if it's because she's female, but I think Assy's borderline stalker-level about his Simone hate. It's a little creepy...

Pretty much. She loves to complain about ****, about everything really and it's ****ing annoying. I also find her to a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to issues of the portrayal of women in comics.

Oh please. She writes ok female characters. She falls into the same misogynistic writing cliches she condemns other writers for, for God's sake she works almost exclusively with Ed Benes.

Also, she doesn't give a **** about gay or women's rights, that's just her bread and butter. That's what sells books for her and keeps her employed.

That is all i care about. That is how i feel.

And there is nothing wrong with liking a writer because they care about people like you. Or who gives you characters you can relate to. And who can maybe help you feel better about yourself and your life by writing great lgbt characters instead of nothing but white heterosexual males and treating those characters with respect
