Meh, it wasn't all that funny to me.
Just watched the last episode as i got back from my holiday. It was the greatest thing ever. IF you're not watching the Venture Bros. you're setting back the cause of entertainment by decades. Soon we'll have an Arrested Development or Futurama kind of situation with people screaming "Bring back the Venture Bros!" but it'll be too late. Once again, we have a Best Show Ever On TV That Nobody Watches.
I agree. The show evolved into more of an ongoing storyline in the second season and the beginning of the third, so it was nice to see it go back to the quirky, parodic done-in-one format of the first season. While I love seeing how far Publick and Doc Hammer can take the story, the stand-alones have been the funniest episodes. This episode ranks up there with "Ghosts of the Sargasso" for me.A fourth season has already been confirmed, so we'll at least have one more after this one.
The newest episode was great. Glad to see some more focus back on the Venture family. I love the side characters too (Billy, White, etc.) but to me the show is always funniest when it's focus is on the family.
Hey Anyone know where I can watch episodes online? AdultSwim.com doesnt work cause apparently they wont show episodes outside of USA (I'm in Canada)...
It doesnt air on any TV channels I get and I REALLY dont wanna have to wait for the season 3 dvd.
So, am I not alone in thinking that the episode with Monarch VS JJ was one of the best of the series? It was gold the whole way through!
