I have one TPB involving this woman and thats Robin:A Hero Reborn so im not too famillier with this woman apart from All Star and Batman 89....

Who is she,what was her relationship with Bruce like, what time period was she around, Did she find out Bruces secret, What happened to her, should she come back????...... tell me what you think/know.

I don't know the answer to your questions, but I'd like to see more of her in the official continuity.

I have Batman: The Ring, The Arrow and the Bat, and Vicki is working for an American magazine in the Far East. She later dates Bruce in Gotham, and is put off by his boring appearance. He was using her to get information on the country.

I also have Robin: A Hero Reborn!

I hope they write more TPBs with Vicki, she's briefly mentioned on the cover of newspapers, but beyond that, I'd like to see some sort of relationship forming (in the past or around the above plots) with Bruce and/or Batman.

Vicki was very prominent in the late 1940's -early 1950's. She cameback in the early 1980's under Gerry Conway's run and stayed in the title for I believe six years,I think. She was also in Doug Moench's run as well in the mid- 80's.
The comic Vicki suspented Bruce was Batman, kind of like Superman/ Lois in that aspect, unlike the Batman 1989 movie that Vicki knew.

It says she blew the judge a kiss and winked at him. Of course, this is just an "afterwards" to what REALLY happened.

as for 2, apparently so.

i try not to think about it too hard anyway. I always liked those intros Miller did for Year One, DKR and DKSA. They set up the atmosphere for what your about read.
