While she's in All Star I doubt they'll bring her into continuity at the same time. But I guess if it turns out fans liked her, I don't see why they don't reconsider in the near future.

Batman is very much the character that people would want to know more about, in their world. To the people of Gotham, he's practically a myth, so it stands to reason reporters would want to uncover the slightest bit about him. That's why B89 worked for me, Vicki was an important character to the Batman story.
