The Windows: 7 - Free Upgrade

I am looking into buying a new PC soon & would rather have 7 then Vista so is there a site with any details on how this works & if it is only for specific stores etc

Upgrading to 7 versus a clean install?

Not sure if have heard of upgrades...I wouldnt upgrade anyways as garbage is left on the pc after completed.

Well the upgrade would be free in stores after buying a Vista PC so

I think it's something like after July. You'll have to search for it, for I can't remember. I'm liking Seven a lot better than Vista, not that Vista was bad, just released to hasty after they scrapped the code. Overall Windows Seven reminds me of Windows 2000. That flew fantastic, IMO.
