Vickie should be a manager instead of GM. They should've ran with her being Ryback's manager/mouthpiece, with Ryback being her enforcer. It could be similar to the Heyman/Lesnar relationship. She could then add a couple more people who also feel they have been screwed over by the WWE universe.

Agreed.

Vicki and Teddy should really be managers.

I think Booker was doing fine as the GM of Smackdown, and it was a great spot for him to be in.

As far as Raw goes, I think they are in good shape having Brad Maddox as a GM.

Brad Maddox is, due to his gimmick, is somebody no one takes seriously as GM, and that's far better than them not having one at all, when Smackdown does.

* We see AJ and Big E Langston watching backstage. She flips out and attacks Big E. He calms her down and they hug. They go to kiss but Big E stops and kisses her on the forehead instead.
Never before has a straight guy dodged kissing so many attractive women. He is the Anti-AJ :funny:

If Shawn Michaels and Curt Hennig could be combined, I think the result would be Dolph Ziggler.

Sorry Curtis Axel, but your birthright was taken from you. :funny:

I assumed Ziggler was a first-class heel, but they sure played him up as a wronged hero on Raw Monday night. Is he starting to get a fanbase or something?

- TNA released Tara as a cost-cutting move. She was the company’s highest-paid female wrestler by a high margine and the decision was made to shift that money elsewhere. Regarding Doc’s release, his contract negotiations went on too long and his deal expired. Doc had been figured into creative plans with an eventual babyface turn.

Doc’s departure is being blamed on Bruce Prichard, head of TNA Creative and Talent Relations.

Regarding Rob Van Dam’s release from the company earlier this year, one source claimed that RVD stopped getting his phone calls returned by TNA officials.

More TNA releases are expected and sources insist they will continue to change various things in the company.

TNA officials have been restructuring the company and this is the reason to why several talents have been released or had their contracts expire lately. This has also led the company to changes and departures in the TNA offices.

Multiple sources report that TNA’s Senior VP of Programming and Talent Relations Bruce Prichard was among the office workers asked to restructure his contract. Prichard rejected that request and his days are said to be numbered in the company as a result.

The TNA agents have also been asked to change their deals to a per-night agreement. Word going around is that D-Lo Brown agreed to the per-night agreement only to be fired shortly thereafter.

With that being said, TNA will be bringing in some new talents on this week's Destination X iMPACT!. The show will air live this Thursday night from Louisville, Kentucky. The company is trying to freshen things up on a number of fronts so expect to see some new talents this Thursday. They're basically getting rid of talents that aren't being used and bringing in some fresh faces instead.

- The decision to have Randy Orton win the all-star Money in the Bank ladder match reportedly goes back two or three weeks. WWE officials felt they should do it because nobody would see an Orton win coming. One of the reported reasons Orton has been losing lately is because the company felt they needed to “bring him down to build him back up.”

- When the news of WWE’s plans to do an angle where John Cena let the WWE Universe pick Daniel Bryan as his SummerSlam opponent leaked last week, WWE officials went ahead and did the angle on this week’s RAW. The original plan was to happen a few weeks from now, nearer to when Total Divas aired. The feeling at RAW was that WWE wanted to put the official SummerSlam main event out there as early as possible.

The TNA stuff is actually making me smile inside...except for releasing Tara. D-LO, Luke Gallows, and Bruce Pritchard are getting sacked. Now it's the Hogans, The Bischoffs, Brisco, Mike Knox, Jesse Godderz, and The Robbies' turn to get sacked too.....Hopefully

Actually, not true.

She does a great job of getting heat.
People "hate" her because of the character she plays and apparently she plays it well.

So keep her around for cheap heat and have her screech and shout.
Hope her pay is low for doing noting.

I too would prefer Vickie as a manager, but I think maybe the WWE is a bit too full of stables right now (Shield + Wyatts + Real Americans + 3MB). Vickie is probably needed where she is, as a heat machine in an authority position to give the heroes something to struggle against.

Here I am, actually deferring to the WWE's judgment on a creative issue. What the hell is going on?!?!

Would Bruce Prichard come back to WWE to be involved with NXT?

I had a dream that Raven once booked TNA.

Then again I once had a dream that me and my brother discovered that vampires were taking over the world which says a lot about what I dream of.

Jeff Jarret might have let Russo and Dutch do some bone-headed things but I still think Jeff and Jerry did better with this company than Dixie Carter has let Bischoff, Hogan, and Bruce Pritchard do.....Except for the Sting vs Abyss feud, Angle/Jarrett stuff, Shark Boy,and the pinnacle of Russo's boneheadedness that stuff still makes me shudder.

Basically except for stupid crap like Jarrett holding the championship when no one wanted him and the crap mentioned above the product still had a distinct look and feel unlike now where TNA is pretty much WCW Thunder. Hopefully their current flaws change during the restructuring of the company going on.

He's had a fanbase. A lot of us fans don't just cheer the faces and boo the heels. We support who we like. John Cena is booked as the top face and yet he gets loud booes all the time. The business is a lot different now than iin the 80's.

Concerning spoilers from the Smackdown tapings...

Since they've announced Big Show is coming back Monday I get the feeling that he'll run-in on Henry/Shield and it'll be The World's Biggest Team vs. The Shield for the tag team titles at Summerslam.

I get what you're saying, but I would also say that the Real Americans (at this point) are just a tag team and not a full-on stable, and 3MB is a non-entity. They could disappear from WWE television and most people wouldn't notice.

Maybe Vickie having a stable would be going too far, but I would've liked her and Ryback vs the world.

Damn. I hate that I missed that Batista. That was during the period where I watched wrestling like maybe a couple times a year.

Heel Batista = one of the best heels in recent memory. Just goes to show how stifling WWE are when it comes to their faces.

I'm a fan of both and am not against this idea. Depends on how Henry is as a face I suppose. Bummed out about his face turn.

The face turn is a bit random given that they built up how deplorable Henry has been in his quest for the WWE title (faking retirement, using his family etc etc).

But ah sure who wants logical storytelling and continuity as long as Cena is kept busy for a month. :o

I'm surprised Tara was making more than Mickie.

Wow, that sounds like a professionally run company.

WWE may be calling Bryan the hottest star in wrestling now, but I think they're still view him as a gamble. Vince's known lack of faith in smaller wrestlers hasn't diminished that much.

Not so much a change in faith more a case of no matter how out of touch Vince is, he knows a massively over star when he has one, and I think whether he's personally a fan or not he realizes that nothing is gained by holding him back.

Agreed. I'm just in fear of McMahon involvement in the angle. But, the match will absolutely happen.

Unfortunately I think some involvement is very likely as I see Bryan's title shot as the next power struggle between Vince and Triple H.

That would be pretty cool.

Looking at the SD taping results I'm glad Bryan vs Barrett is on the show after being bumped from Raw.

Also apparently in the MIZ TV segment Heyman told Punk to "Stay Down."
I've seen suggestions that it could be linked to Heyman's NXT recruit being Corey Graves as that is his catchphrase and he has it tattooed on his knuckles.

I wonder if Heyman could bring him in and bill him as the "New and improved" CM Punk?

This is who I thought of straight away when I saw this rumour, and it makes perfect sense

The official NXT Twitter page teased the possibility of Paul Heyman looking for a new prospect after Money in the Bank:

"After turning on @CMPunk at #MITB last night, @HeymanHustle may need a new 'guy.' Which NXT prospect should Paul look to represent?"

No just no.
She's horrible in every way.
She is only around because of what happened with Eddie.

She's around because she's good at her job. Remember she left WWE and they asked her to come back.

I'm watching WWE Payback. I picked up the blu ray from Best Buy yesterday. So far I think it's a decent show. AJ and Kaitlin had a good match and both sold the ending really well.

looks like Punk did get slightly injured at Raw,tweeted a pic of his ankle
