I haven't watched much TNA in the past few years , but I'll be excited to see them on the road next month. Should be fun.

So is it confirmed that Orton will be out or not?

Happen to catch Superstars on TV just now and got to see the video package of what happen between Lesnar and Punk on Monday. Wow that looked awesome, first time I felt engaged with wrestling again in quite a long time.

JR on the WrestleMania 30 Main Event:

WrestleMania 30 main event: "Amazing that people actually think that I know what will Main Event WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans. Truthfully, I don't, and equally as truthful if I did I wouldn't spill the beans. I will say this because I've been asked this question a lot lately, IF Daniel Bryan ever faced CM Punk in a WrestleMania main event level bout, I wouldn't want to be the talents that had to follow it."

I concur, though I can't see it being next year's Mania. I don't think Vince's ego would allow it...just yet, lol.

Yeah.... you should be watching. WWE has been really good as of late.

WWE in the last two months have had quite a make over in product quality!

Yeah, as much as I would prefer Punk-Bryan, there is no way Cena won't main event a milestone like WM30. He's earned it.

As noted earlier, Chris Jericho finished up his current WWE run at last night's SmackDown tapings. Jericho will start touring with Fozzy again from early August through mid October, with a brief break from August 19th - September 12th.

While there is always a possibly that he can return in late October, a return in early 2014 seems more likely. The timing would coincide nicely with Jericho's plans to release his next book in February 2014.

You can get full results for this Friday's SmackDown, with details of Jericho's final WWE appearance of his current run, at this link.

As noted earlier, Jericho commented on leaving WWE, writing on his Twitter:

"So long to @WWE for now…2013 was one of my favorite in ring yrs ever! Thx for always sticking w Y2J & see u on the road soon w @FOZZYROCK!"

Hehe, yep. Vince letting his biggest show of the year get main-evented by two guys who made their names on the indies and don't fit his mold of a WWE star.

Though you never know what could happen in 6 months.

Gotta agree despite getting sick of seeing him in every main event.

I really admire Jericho. He's the model of how part-timers should be. Though I wish he didn't lose as often as he does, or at least that his losses were to worthy stars.

Gave RVD vs Jericho another watch. It's better the second time around. RVD was less rustier than I first thought. I had first had thought he was too old for his style--and he might be--but he moved pretty well. Though this was against Jericho. I wonder how he'll look against other guys. No doubt wrestling guys like Punk and Bryan will help him shake off some rust.

One thing for sure...RVD vs Ziggler must happen.

This is who I thought of straight away when I saw this rumour, and it makes perfect sense

It would be a hell of a rub for Graves if he came in as a Heyman guy right in the middle of the Punk feud.

With this many years in the biz, you'd think he would have figured it out by now and stopped trying the outside-in springboard...hasn't ended too well for him on a couple of occasions! lol

Seriously, though...the original spot with HBK is a classic moment from one of my all-time favorite Monday Night Raw matches. I love the amazed look Shawn was giving him after the match as if to say "this kid is going to be something special"...and if I recall correctly, he actually said something to that effect in a promo the following week.

Sadly, Shelton (who I am a total mark for) never reached the level that someone of his talent should have. His WWE run wasn't terrible...great matches as part of the Smackdown Six, tag champ, IC champ, US champ...even pinned Triple H multiple times. That's not bad at all. But, it could have been more.

It was always my opinion that the MVP gimmick should have been given to Shelton. The original concept was a rip on the highly talented, yet overly-entitled Terrell Owens type of athlete...I felt Shelton had the athletic prowess to pull that off. If he had a "sports agent" (Heyman?) to do his talking for him, I really think he could have ran with the gimmick.

I know he's older now (38, I think), but I hope he gets another run in WWE at some point. Hell, I'd even be ok with a TNA run.

That Gold Rush tournament match between HBK and Shelton is one of the all time classic Raw matches.

I always said the same about the MVP gimmick, it was tailor made for Shelton as it required an athletic show-off. MVP was a guy who's ring style never gelled with his character.

There are more people in Aces & Eights than the Knockouts and X-Division combined. Hulk Hogan gets paid more than all of them.

It seems unlikely but who thought Mania XX would end with Benoit and Eddie in the ring holding WWE's top two titles? It's not impossible that WWE do Bryan vs Punk for the WWE title and Cena vs Taker IMO.

If he won't be coming back until at least late 2013 anyway, he might as well wait and make a surprise return at the 2014 Royal Rumble.

Yep, it's not impossible, but either way, I see Cena being in the ME. Even if that means bumping a potential Punk-Bryan WWE title match from the ME spot. We'll have to wait and see how things pan out.

Bruce Prichard has been officially release from his position as Senior Vice President, Programming & Talent Relations position that he has held since October 2011.

Prichard oversaw talent relations, talent scouting and development, as well as, overseeing the creative direction of the company.

Many within the company blamed Prichard for the recent issues with talent's contract expiring without new deals being signed and/or talents being signed so close to the end of their existing contracts.

TNA released Bruce Prichard and D'Lo Brown from their backstage positions earlier today, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
Prichard was working as Senior Vice President, Programming & Talent Relations, a position he had held since October 2011. In that role, Prichard oversaw talent relations, talent scouting and development, as well as, overseeing the creative direction of the company. As noted yesterday on PWInsider.com, there were fingers being pointed at him regarding recent issues with talent contracts expiring without new deals being signed and/or talents being signed so close to the end of their existing deals.

D'Lo Brown had been with the company since 2009 as an agent and was in charge of the promotion's Gutcheck tryouts and talent development.

That's certainly possible but as JR says, who would want to follow Punk vs Bryan? Cena and Taker are both smart enough to know. Of course if Taker isn't planning on retiring then they'll probably hold off on the match with Cena as in truth I don't see any point in any streak matches after he beats Cena.

Rosita correct?

Yep, is she going into MMA?

They should have let Prichard go after the mess he made with Roode's contract, not to mention his creative direction that involved his mug getting on TV regularly.

Yep, is she going into MMA?

Not from what I have heard. She had a WWE tryout a month ago.

My guess is that she's doing some MMA training so that she can add it to her wrestling arsenal if she signs with WWE.

Cena Vs. Undertaker is too big not to go on last. Punk absolutely deserves to main event WrestleMania, but WWE is at a precipice. They can't keep taking Undertaker's health for granted.

TMZ said:
Brock Lesnar and his wife Sable ate at Fresco Restaurant in Montclair, New Jersey following Monday’s RAW, racking up a $500+ bill and leaving a generous tip to the workers who stayed past closing time to help them. TMZ reports the couple shared ahi tuna with asparagus and a margherita pizza. Lesnar demolished chicken parm with triple-extra chicken, a full bowl of parpadelle bolognese and a slice of cheesecake.

Brock is a man of good taste.

Re: Victoria

I remember her saying a few years ago she was burnt out from wrestling. Add that with her restaurant and I can understand her taking time off earlier this year so I thought she asked for her release. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. :(
