I think The Johnster is gonna run wild on CM Punk at Money in the Bank brother brother brother.

Was Truth seriously defeated by a drink to the face? Are they being serious? That's almost as silly as treating a fan getting a drink in the face as an unforgivable offense.

Apparently, in the WWE Universe, face-drink is an unstoppable technique!

Unlike most of the haters in this thread, I actually enjoyed WWE's new take on The Great American Bash (minus the 15 minutes wasted on the Presidential impersonator that talked like he had sucked in helium from a balloon) and I'm even thinking about getting it when it comes out on DVD next month.

SPOILER REVIEW:

Dolph Ziggler Vs. Kofi Kingston - I think their best match was from Night of Champions last year, but this was a good opener although I still have no idea why Ziggler cut his locks.

Alex Riley Vs. The Miz - In the shocker of the night, Alex defeated the man who won the main event of Wrestlemania this year! I could tell Alex was trying to too hard to have a good match, which was causing him to be sloppy because he was overdoing it, but this was a huge, HUGE, HUGE win for him tonight. Hopefully, this is the start of Miz's journey back to Jobberville.

Alberto Del Rio Vs. The Big Show - I enjoyed the build-up video to this as it showed Big Show's intensity. I know they wanted to protect him by having Mark Henry interfere, but they couldn't let ADR get a submission win over Show instead of that TKO bullsh** that happened? Unfu**ingbelievable!

Ezekiel Jackson Vs. Wade Barrett - The same horrible match from last month, but congratulations to Terry Crews on becoming the new Intercontinental Champion!

CM Punk Vs. Rey Mysterio - Great match of course and after 14 months of jobbing on PPVs, CM Punk FINALLY wins! My only gripe was Punk not mentioning that he wanted payback on Rey for humiliating him last year when he got shaved bald.

Christian Vs. Randy Orton - Their match from Over The Limit was SO good that there was no way they were going to be able to top it, but this was a fine bout. I thought the "screwjob" finish was interesting. Now I'm wondering if Christian is going to get one more match next month with some kind of stipulation added or if he'll be forced to win SD's MITB to get another shot at the title or even challenge Cena?

Evan Bourne Vs. Jack Swagger - Jack should've won, but whatever.

John Cena Vs. R-Truth - Not the best main event, but pretty good by Cena standards. I'm a little confused why they had made and showed 2 different build-up videos for the match. My favorite part was near the end when Truth went outside and stole that kid's hat to pose with a drink and a smile giving that "I don't give a sh**" attitude. If only I had a screen cap of that. Anyway, I hope R-Truth gets a rematch, the guy deserves to be a top player contrary to popular belief on here.

You and I are apparently on two different wavelengths. #familyguy

Christian should of won. Bah humbug.

Also.. the Obama skits weren't the least bit amusing. I'm glad this ppv is over so we don't have to see anymore of them.

I was glad to see Riley win tonight. It's nice to see a face that's being pushed without the names Cena or Orton.

Cena wins again. :csad:

You should've known The Johnster would win brother. That kid's soda was mixed with Johnamania brother, and that's the most powerful ingredient in the world brother.

Rey & Punk had a GREAT match, I had a blast watching and reacting to moves and near falls. Christian & Orton had a good match and since Christians foot was underneath the rope I imagine he'll want a rematch considering the pin shouldn't of counted and who knows how things would of played out after.

Dolph beat Kofi, so I'm happy. Otherwise, most of the outcome of the show doesn't surprise me. Disappointed Truth lost, but expected it.

Won't lie, I thought Christian was going to win. Or it was just wishful thinking. Probably wishful thinking.

I'm bummed that Cena won yet again and Kofi is no longer the U.S. Champ. I'm glad that Punk won his match but I have the feeling he'll get fed to Cena again on his way out the door.

Unfortunately, losing to Cena is generally your intro back to the midcard. What will likely happen is that Truth will demand a rematch, only to get beat up by Morrison, who will then resume his program with Truth. Cena meanwhile will likely get into it with Del Rio, depending on whatever Punk has planned.

I can see Christian winning smackdowns Motb match then cashing it in on Randy that same night, which leaves me wondering who does Orton face that night?

Sheamus or Mark Henry

My guess would be Sheamus,Would also make the most sense since now he has beef with Orton after being punted and Henry is going after Show anyway!!!

That Facebook pic looks legit to me!

I was stupid enough to go against my "always bet on Randy Orton" rule
because I figured WWE MIGHT use the concussion as way to protect Orton if he did lose to Christian. Plus I was hoping they wouldn't let Christian look weak by saying he couldn't even beat an injured guy. Boy was I naive. Orton is quickly becoming Smackdowns SuperCena.

They seem to be feeding the entire roster to these two to make them look good when in reality it seems to be having the opposite efffect. There was a report a while back that Orton as champ hasn't helped the SD brand draw more. Attendance is acually down some.

That drink was John Cena Kool Aid.

X Pac on the Hogan/Warrior issue.

Warrior/Hogan

June 18th, 2011

I honestly hadn’t payed attention to all of the Warrior/Hogan stuff going on. Last Thursday on The Cowhead Show, I was told about Warrior’s latest accusations regarding Hulk’s private life & that Hulk was on Bubba The Love Sponge earlier that morning commenting on the situation, making reference to a rumor involving Warrior & gay prostitution. I started writing this more than a few days ago & then I stopped. I really didn’t plan on finishing it. I was just going to write about something else. But, it seems like this story isn’t going away.

Like I said, I really hadn’t been following the whole Warrior/Hogan story until I showed up for a regular appearance on The Cowhead Show & that was the big news of the day. I like Hulk & I have nothing against Ultimate Warrior. I was never around him much, but he was always cool to me during the few encounters I did have with him. What I’m trying to say is I didn’t feel too comfortable talking about it, but I did. So I’ll say here what I said on Cowhead. I have never heard any stories involving Hulk swinging or wife swapping in all of the years I’ve been wrestling. That was the first I heard of it & that’s the honest truth. I have heard stories for years about Warrior being involved in some type of gay prostitution. That doesn’t mean they’re true. I was surprised Hogan commented on it in the first place, except that He & Bubba(The Love Sponge) are close friends & there’s no way in hell Bubba was going to let Hulk get by without commenting about it on air.

I watched Hulk’s video blog. He answers a few questions about it, saying he thinks Warrior is a good guy & more or less took the high road. No mention of gay prostitution or any other jabs back at Warrior.

I just took another break in writing this & I saw that Warrior has posted his Kharma videos. So I watched them. More talk of Hulk’s private life concerning Linda. Whether it’s Hulk & Linda’s alleged unconventional sex life or allegations of Warrior being a gay prostitute at one time, who cares? I know there’s a percentage of people who eat this kind of stuff up, but I’d like to think the vast majority of people don’t want to know about this ****. At least I think watching the videos answered one I had. Why is Warrior doing this? At one point he makes no bones about saying there’s a book coming. You’re a little late Warrior. The cat has been out of the bag for a long time that Terry Bollea is a human being, with defects of character, just like everyone else. Yourself included. I’m sincerely happy that your life is good & I agree with many of the things you said about being a better person, but I don’t think you speak for nearly as many people as you think.

I think it’s hypocritical to mention Hulk’s catch phrase of ”A day without pot is like a day without sunshine.” without mentioning your famous “prayer” sessions at the arenas, which was code for smoking pot. As far as the “juvi juice” you’re referring to, which for everyone that doesn’t know, was a supplement you could buy over the counter at supplement stores called Renutrient & other names. It was Furanone Dyhydro (a chemical precursor to GHB) and I promise you Terry Bollea did not introduce it to the wrestling business. Tons of people in wrestling used it at the time. People that never drank or did any other drugs were even using it at the time. Yes it was very powerful. It’s no longer available, but at the time was totally legal. So Hulk Hogan didn’t control the “juvi juice” supply for the wrestling business. Guys in both companies did it.

All of this kind of high and mighty preaching of morality is why the people **** on you when you did go to WCW. Maybe it is an example of the decay of society, but people don’t want to be preached to. Like I said before, I think the vast majority of people do not care whether Hulk let someone else bang his wife any more than they care whether you were a gay prostitute in the past. Except for the fact that you made some statements, while speaking at a college, that many people viewed as anti-gay. If the accusations were ever found to be true & now your rhetoric is anti-gay, then that might raise a few eyebrows. I hope there’s more to your book than just exposing Hulk’s dirty laundry. I understand why you may feel slighted about being given credit for what you accomplished, with a lot of help from others, in the wrestling industry. Being left off the WWE’s Top 50 list, for example, I found ridiculous. I could be wrong, but I think you’re going to be disappointed to find out most people aren’t on the same page as you.

I just realized this went from me writing about the subject to speaking directly to Warrior by the end of it. I Didn’t mean for it to be that way, until I watched the “Kharma Videos”. I do sincerely wish both of them the best.

I do agree that its certainly suspect that Warrior is trying to get attention by using his biggest wrestling feud right when he's workign on a new book.

Not that Hogan isn't a scumbag most of the time but Warrior is no saint either. The truths probably somewhere in the middle

Do you think that if Cena keeps this act up long enough that the heat he gets from people that hate him will turn into X-pac heat? One day he comes out and half the arena is cheering while the other half is dead silent and heading for the bathroom.

Well, the WWE Universe is full of idiots. I miss the WWE Universe forum. That would often get me a lot of laughs due to the numbers of idiots on that forum.

One topic was "Are Santino and Santina two different people?"
