We noted before that major WrestleMania XXX creative meetings were held over the past week with several discussions changed. While many different scenarios were brought up, at least one source in WWE creative doesn't expect a lot of changes will be made.

While it may appear they are going in the direction of Kane vs. Daniel Bryan after this week's TV shows, the source didn't expect Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan to be changed. Regarding that match, nobody within WWE expects Bryan to go over.

Regarding the recent Batista vs. Brock Lesnar teases on WWE TV, the feeling is that it was done to build to something between the two later this year

As for Dolph and Miz as a team, not exactly something I'd have chosen for Dolph but him and Miz are friends and it may give him a way to showcase more of his personality in order to launch another singles run down the line IF they get mic time.

It coud work out and help both of them. Kinda' like how the Miz-Morrison team helped elevate the two of them.

If that actually happens at Mania, I really will be done with WWE for the foreseeable future. I've got plenty of other hobbies to fill my time instead of keeping up with the WWE product and I don't need megalomaniacs like Vince & HHH to ruin the best thing they have going for them.

And for all the talk we do here, even Steve Austin said something on his recent podcast along these lines: "There's a window to pull the trigger and once that window is closed, you can't put lightning back in the bottle." WWE is walking a verrrrrry fine line right now by not pushing Bryan to the top... at this point, it seems more in spite than a storyline decision because nearly all of the opportunities for logical storytelling have already come & gone. There's only a few left and some of the ones that still exist are extremely underwhelming.

Styles has always been a huge wrestling fan & I'm sure he followed the ROH product closely during its heyday. Plus, I doubt the powers-that-be have day-to-day oversight of what goes on the website haha.

Eh...I disagree. I think it's one of the few times that this is more his fault than Creative's, although that does play a factor. Point is, he couldn't get over as a heel or a face because he's bland on the microphone. He's always getting time on the stick, but he can't deliver in that department.

He was somewhat over as a face. Of course, leave it to WWE to get cold feet when they have a good thing going.
