Who sells the Most Merchandise in WWE,

- The February 10th WWE RAW from Los Angeles has not sold out yet but should soon. The February 11th SmackDown taping in Ontario, California is also close to selling out, which is rare for a SmackDown taping.

- In regards to WWE’s top merchandise movers, John Cena is still far and away at #1 while CM Punk is far and away #2 overall. Punk is the #1 seller on WWE’s shop website. Daniel Bryan is said to be the #4 highest seller.

Two names that are near the top of the merchandise sales right now are Sin Cara and The Ultimate Warrior, whose stuff is selling well at events and online.

Ya know, Maybe Bryan could be number 1 Merch seller with some better looking shirts that dont have goats on them......Just saying .

regarding the cm punk situation, it is not being treated as a situation where they're just letting him go. Vince mcmahon does not want punk to leave because he recognizes punk's drawing power. There are company officials, some with power, who want punk gone but vince does not.

Sorry if any of this has been posted already! Also, it's good to see Metallo back!

How Does the WWE Locker Room Perceive a 'Mania Match Against HHH?

According to PWInsider.com, despite CM Punk feeling that a match with Triple H might not be "high profile" enough for him, many of Punk's co-workers backstage in WWE feel very differently, as they look at a WrestleMania match with Triple H as a very big deal.

AJ Styles Talks Sting in WWE, Will He Return to TNA?

Former TNA star AJ Styles recently did an interview for SLAM! Wrestling, and the following are some highlights:
On rumors of Sting to WWE:
"I hope to see Sting wrestle The Undertaker at WrestleMania. I don't know if that's going to happen, that may just be wishful thinking. But I can appreciate the (thinking)."
Why a return to TNA might not happen:
"I'm not saying that they're going under, but it sure does seem that way. They're really saving a lot of money in places. If they're so desperate to save money that they cut loose one of their top guys, the one guy that was known as the TNA guy, they must be hurting pretty bad. Either that or they think that loyalty means absolutely nothing to them, or they think I suck. I don't know which one of those it is."

His merchandise is terrible. It's almost as if it's specifically designed not to get over. I love Daniel Bryan but I would never wear one of his shirts in public.

Me neither. Christian at the height of his popularity has never had a decent shirt either. I liked the idea of Bryan going form goat merchandise to being known as the bearded dragon! Would make for much cooler designs, and shirts people would actually want to wear. His best one is respect the beard.

And it's telling that he's still in the top 5 of Merch sales...dude turns Chicken Sh___t into Chicken Salad every time!

What Will CM Punk Do Next?

It should come as no surprise that CM Punk's departure from WWE has solicited a lot of job offers and opportunities for the former world champion. He's easily considered a "hot" free agent, and there's plenty of options available, should he be interested.

We recently posted quotes from Dana White regarding Punk's WWE departure and the possibility of him fighting for UFC. White said he had not heard anything about it at the time of the interview, but thought Punk fighting in the UFC would be a "risky" venture considering Punk's age.

White didn't rule the possibility out though, and said a UFC contract would depend on whether or not Punk had the necessary fighting skills to pull it off.

Outside of UFC, there are other MMA promotions said to be interested in hiring the former WWE star. We reported this week that actor and MMA star, Jason David Frank, challenged to fight Punk inside the octagon. The World Series of Fighting promotion has agreed to host the fight should CM Punk ever accept.

WSOF Executive Vice President and matchmaker Ali Abded-Aziz recently told Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com that David's manager contacted them about the fight. He also said WSOF would be interested in promoting it as well.

Bellator, another MMA promotion, has also expressed interest in Punk fighting for them.

However, the most interesting job offer yet has to be the one from adult film company, Brazzers. Via Twitter this week, the porn giant offered Punk a position with their company:

Batista's just kicking himself right now.

^^Hahaha,

Punk won't do anything and eventually return to the WWE. I know he's pretty good friends with Jason David Frank, every time they're at a con together they hang out..It would be neat to see a fight between them..

Like I said though, I expect Vince to bend a knee to Punk and get him back.. Punk may not sell as much merch as Cena but he probably has the majority of the 20-40 year olds buying his stuff... Vince likes those dollars.

If Bryan had better apparel, I'm sure his stuff would sell out like in a heartbeat.

"The Wrestling Thread has had offers from the porno industry."

I'm glad though that we atleast have validation that Bryan IS, IN FACT, A Top Merch seller for the company, despite some people's beliefs on certain sites because it shakes off that excuse that he "DIDNT DRAW". It also validates Sgt. Slaughter's claims that Daniel Bryan isnt being treated fairly.

Unsurpisingly though, Vince and co. is still trying to overpush guys over Bryan that don't sell as much merch as him because of a self-serving agenda.

I didn't know Val Venis was making a comeback!

I have no interest in Taker vs. Brock in 2014. I would rather see both face someone else.

The problem is while Lesnar had a whole bunch of options of people to work with, The Undertaker, not so much.

My advice to Bryan is to be a self-serving a-hole. That's how you get things done in WWE.

He should be getting revenge on the Shield. I'd like that, they could carry him. Maybe a screwy finish could finally break them up.
