I know this is a joke, but I do think it's funny when I see people online seriously saying stuff like "if I ever got a job at WWE, I would put Vince and Kevin Dunn in their place and tell them how bad they suck." I'm assuming that most people who say this are unemployed.
Yep. You either knuckle under, or you don't make it. Seems that the most wrestlers who go the long haul tow the Vince/Kevin line, Sting being the only notable exception.

As for DS becoming Steph's road beef, I'm not sure I'd wanna traverse the cavern where The Nose of Noses has been.

I respect Vince for what he's done, but I really hope that IF I ever make it to that level Hunter is in charge.

That, and I'd rather be Paige's road beef. :hmr:

Tell that to a tweet of mine she favorited when I called her my "favorite Irish spitfire" :o

WWE applied to trademark Halloween Havoc and StarCade.

WWE Creative reads too many comic books.

Also Lesnar = Hulk.

How could you leave out Sinister-Dust?

Jesus, that batman costume makes Nolan's suit look like Affleck's.

OUTSTANDING video covering Itami's first Wrestlemania

Wow, helluva break there. What made you leave in 2000? What got you back in?

they stopped broadcasting wwf over here during that time. they brought it back 8 years or so after. by that time, i wasnt that interested in wrestling anymore. what pulled me back in was cm punk's shoot. after that, i stayed because of the shield and bray wyatt (who, i'd just like to reiterate, is getting treated like absolute ***** by wwe).

The school is $300 down and $100 a month by the way. I think I can make it work once I get my car.

Be careful, some of these trainers can be real shysters and *******s. My buddy Valdo trained under Prince Nana and Slugger and now has issues with both of them. No loss there when it comes to Slugger. At least he's working with the SAT now, though.

The main thing veterans I have heard always say about picking a trainer is to not look at that person's career, but at who they have produced.

If I had to pick a training school to go to, it would have to be the Hart Dungeon. They have produced quite a few top players.

Well the cool thing about this school is that Pablo (Marquez, the guy who runs the school—old school WWF fans might know him as Babu :hehe:) runs his own promotion down here called CCW, and he uses his students in those shows to help them gain experience in front of actual crowds. I don't care about being a big star right now, my ego is such that it doesn't really need to be placated that much. I want to get in the ring and train and get some experience man. GAWD the itch is real!!!:mrk:

So DS, are you approaching this as kind of a fun hobby you can do on the side? I.e. I'll pay these monthly fees, work some shows for CCW, and have a blast while I continue with my normal everyday life. Or do you have a longer term plan that involves indies in other regions, Mexico, Japan or even "New York"?

Either way, best of luck to you. The fee structure you described isn't nuts, and is kind of in line with when I used to take ballroom dancing classes.

Lesnar was Hulk if he was fighting Punkverine, and he is Doomsday when facing SuperCena.

Where exactly does Roman Reigns fall in the comic book equivalent?
