I thought it was annoying while they were waiting for the first PPV post-split, but I have liked it quite a bit since.

What chants are annoying. I'm surprised people still do them.

Truth be told, they should probably had Orton feud with KO for the WWE title while Jindar (as champ) faces AJ for the US title.

Both feuds would have at least 1 good personality/talker and KO & Jindar can at least carry Orton & Mahal to good matches.

You flipping the subject to Orton, who I'm pretty critical of, doesn't exactly make a lot of sense. What do you expect me to do? Defend Orton or just be into Jinder's push because he's not Randy? I can actually name some fairly recent TV matches from Orton that are better than anything Mahal has done in his entire career on RAW, Smackdown, or NXT. but I really don't want to unless I have to do that.

Mahal seems to be doing well with his push all things considered. He had a good match with AJ Styles.

I am not going to get my hopes up about a recently fired member of the Bullet Club showing up in Chicago on Saturday in case he does not show up. If he does though and they mention him on the air, it'll be (no pun intended) a glorious addition to NXT.

The tag situation for Backlash is a good one. I'm looking forward to that match and Owens/Styles the most. I'mma place Rowan/Harper as a nice bonus. And I guess that Shinsuke guy, too. Probably.

I think Jinder has been doing well on Talking Smack. He seems more natural there. If he was like that on screen more often I think he'd be a better character.
