Jack Swagger guilty:
WWE superstar Jack Swagger was found guilty of a DUI & speeding charges at his trial earlier today in Gulfport, MS. He was sentenced to six months probation, a $500 fine, and must pay for all court costs related to his case. He was also sentenced to two days in jail, but his attorney was able to get that suspended. The judge presiding over his case also dismissed a possession charge against Swagger.

His court case his in relation to his February 19th arrest in Gulfport, MS, just after a WWE Smackdown taping in Biloxi, MS.

I get the feeling that the WWE hopes that The Rock doing Terminator 5 does not happen.

Not sure if I believe the rumors of The Briscoes leaving ROH.

...I thought I was the only one who noticed that Layla is showing her age. I wouldn't kick her out of bed or anything, but honestly, she is past her prime. And its all the more noticeable considering what her prime was.

^ I would too. I guess I'm trying to reconcile her going from goddess-level hotness to normal-level hotness.

Forget all of you. Layla's like a fine wine, gentlemen. A fine wine! :argh::p

I don't know you guys assume that just because I think she looks her age that it means she's not hot....

You brought it up in the first place, and I can't help but feel it has everything to do with your adamant hatred of The Rock.

The Rock is important. Even if he is a part timer, he's been involved in the main event of Wrestlemania for 3 straight years, 2 of which were involved in the WWE Championship picture, one of which he came into Wrestlemania as the champion.

Last year they had CM Punk on the cover, the year before that they had Randy Orton, and the year before that they had Cena, Big Show and Miz sharing the cover. They've had full timers on the cover every year.

Now this year it's even a subject of conversation because you don't like The Rock being on the cover.

You're right, The Rock isn't really going to add more sales. The same way the Madden cover athlete never brings in more sales. But it's always fun to see who it's going to be, and EA even goes so far as having tournaments to see who will be on the cover. Barry Sanders on the Madden 25 cover isn't going to increase sales anymore than LeBron on the NBA 2K14 cover or The Rock on the WWE 2K14 cover, and Cena or Punk or Daniel Bryan on the cover won't bring in any more or less sales than The Rock. But they picked The Rock, who as I said, was part of the Wrestlemania main event 3 years running, 2 in the championship picture, and one as the champion, a reign in which he unveiled a new championship belt, and began by ending CM Punk's historic reign. The Rock has been pretty significant in recent WWE storylines even as a part timer, and is a very visible member on the WWE roster, even as a part timer. With CM Punk getting the cover last year, I actually can't see anyone more fitting of the cover this year in all honesty.

Below you say I can't take a joke yet here you decide to read an awful lot into a 2 line comment I made that even had the words "It's not a big deal" in them, maybe because you are such a Rock fan? Accusing that would be like you trying to twist what I said about the crowd though. :)

I don't buy wrestling games and don't really care, I just thought the cover was a good chance to advertise the importance of a guy on your roster instead of a novelty act who pops up once a year, nothing more than an observation.

You obviously can't take a joke (and you weren't even the only one I quoted).

I just find it funny that whenever it's a superstar you don't like, it's the superstar's fault for not getting a reaction (even when guys like Del Rio and The Miz ARE getting reactions, honestly), but when it's a superstar you DO like, it's the crowd's fault. Considering how many times I've been called a hypocrite and accused of having double standards, I just found those comments funny. It was a joke, nothing more. Even I wouldn't begin to make the claims that someone like Del Rio is as over as Punk. I just find the utter refusal to accept that perhaps a particular moment wasn't over with the crowd to be funny.
You quoted one other guy and 2 of my posts, and given you didn't really make it clear it was a joke and given our history it just seemed like you were looking for an avenue.

If Del Rio was getting reactions as a face they wouldn't have turned him heel as Vince wants a new Latin face, and no one has said Miz gets no reaction, it's that he doesn't get the reaction his character is meant to get, which is why he's just a utility player these days.

I wasn't refusing to accept anything Nell, I simply gave my view on how I felt the crowd were responding in the Punk/Heyman segment. In the case of the Henry promo I merely thought it was stupid to "What!?" him, same as I thought it was stupid when they did it to Taker, I wasn't refusing to accept anything, I simply pointed out what I felt was idiotic stuff from the crowd towards Henry.

The Rock isn't going to be at WM 30 if he does Terminator 5
