I think they realize that. I mean Cody is the IC Champ and Ziggler is the US champ. Bryan is the Money in the Bank winner and Ryder is over better than some of the main event guys. The problem is that they spend too much time on guys who should have waved bye-bye a long time ago..like *cough*Triple H*cough*
