That's how I feel about Del Rio. He was great up until about Wrestlemania, then I just got bored with him.

He piqued too early. The WWE got too scared they wouldn't have someone to pull in the latino market with Rey constantly being steps away from possibly being forced to quit with all his injuries, and when he had even the slightest positive performances out there, they pushed him to the moon, not giving him a proper build through the midcard, going straight to main events and he's just not believable up there yet.

Agreed. He had a number of good moments in his first few months. When he won the Royal Rumble it seemed like the perfect time to push him. Unfortunately the push was wasted and once the steam cooled down everyone stopped caring about him.
