Any chance Punk brings that photo up if they ever get a feud between him and Austin going?

Yes, That is who you think it is.

yep thats Davey Boy

I didn't really mind the listing until it got down into the final ten. The beer bath was surprising at the time but I wouldn't place it that high.
The Montreal Screwjob should of been second or third. Also Jericho punching Shawn Michaels wife should of been on the list in place of Mae Young's birth. I gotta hand it to that woman though (no pun intended). The stuff her and Moolah did was crazy.

I might buy the stars of 21st century eventually. Lesnar vs. Angle is the only match on that set I don't own.

Moolah and Mae taking some of those bumps was just insane. Makes what most of the younger talents to today look tame considering they were 200 years old a the time.

Is the Angle vs Lesnar match their Iron man match?

Punk could say that he was forced into taking the picture by either a family member or a friend.

Yes. I'm not sure if that's on another dvd. I know they have highlights on the best of smackdown.

What Bryan needs is an honest to god good fued that gets personal and bitter. Give the guy a mic and let him run with it and see what he can do. He can bring the intensity, he brought it in his confrontation with Cole during NXT.

I put the milk bath above the beer bath because Kurt is awesome and the ring was full of people

Milkamania was runnin' wild! It's true. It's true.

That's a funny sentence when you read it out of context. And yeah something about the milk bath just worked better.

I thought it was reported that MITB buy rates did the 3rd highest of the year so far..After RR&WM!?

Yeah I mean I know it was free in the UK but I expected a better buyrate. I'm going to enjoy Punk's push while it lasts.

One question is was MITB UP from last year or DOWN? If it was up Punk certainly did something.

But there is always going to be the factor of people getting the PPV by other means. As long as its possible more people are going to do it and its gettign easier and easier.

And its not just smarks. Any kid with a PC is savvy enough these days to find *ahem* "other means." Its the internet generation.

Good point. He also brought it when he was yelling at Cena "you are not better than me!" Sounded pretty convincing to me.

Also...if he wasn't intense what got him FIRED? :funny: Seems too me like he got TOO intense than night.

It was up but Im pretty sure WWE was expecting much better. Also come on man. Yes people have streams, but Wrestlmania did over 1million buys. UFC regular does great PPV buys. If people wanna see it, they'll pay for it. This was a stacked card. I won't put all the blame on Punk. But maybe his angle just didn't draw. He'll he only did a little better than R-Truth.

Wrestlemania draws a lot on name brand alone. A PPV like MITB doesn't have that. Wrestlemania is the one sure fire PPV a lot of people WILL buy no matter WHO is on the card or whats going on. Its the show with the absolute grandest spectacle.

Using it is a poor example.

UFC is a different animal. No wrestling stigma, its a hot property right now while wrestling isn't, and its something mainstream sports fans can get into. Wrestling isn't doing that right now. Even if a good new top guy comes along you can't expect them to turn all that around OVERNIGHT.

A football fan can't automatically brush UFC off as easily because it isnt guys "fake fighting." Compared to wrestling its much more acceptable for so called "real men."

I forgot all about that.

Oh MITB had 20% increase in buys from last year, but is that enough for Vince to view it as a success?
