Call it the Shortbus Express

And I want Regal to be their "manager"

the problem with brian is his look imo he has a very plain generic look i think cole even said he looks like a Choir boy and it doesn't help they keep putting to there that he is a vegan lol

he looks like an innocent church kid

I honestly think Bryan could be intense if they left him.

No, not now because like you said Cole constantly puts the guy down but if they let him grow a beard (he'd have to dye it... that creepy flesh colored beard he had was all kinds of awkward) and just be a pure, angry wrestling machine... He'd get over with the crowd in no time.

More so since more and more Smaks are coming BACK to wrestling.

and this because? outside of what Punk is doing I really don't see much else in WWE or Impact/TNA to understand that

I think my boy DB should break Cole's arm as apart of a storyline.

and this because? outside of what Punk is doing I really don't see much else in WWE or Impact/TNA to understand that

Do you need anything more besides the biggest angle going for wrestling in years? That's what's bringing them back.

I wouldn't go that far.....doing something TRULY different would have been Punk legit leaving WWE, doing a big media blitz and totally destroying the WWE....but he didn't...he re-signed and is basically a dog on a leash, just like every other WWE talent...granted he has more slack than most and probably wouldn't care if he crossed the line and got ****canned but to call it 'the biggest angle in years' is a bit much IMO

I would want to see it happen just to see you all freak out

I think Bryan is an extremely talented wrestler.....but that's really it, there isn't much else there IMO

I agree. I like Daniel Bryan, I think he has a place - in the mid card. But I don't want to see him walking around with a World title.

To me Bryan doesn't look or talk like a main eventer. HBK could wrestle his ass off and could talk. Bret Hart could wrestle his ass off and he had the look of a main eventer and he could talk a little. Yeah Benoit won but he had this ruthless and crazy sob nature about him that made people like him. Bryan just wrestles. He doesn't have anything that makes him stand out. Benoit would headbutt a dude 20 damn times and he would do crazy **** and he just stood out. His wrestling told you his personality. Bryan to me doesn't have that.

Exactly. I wasn't a big fan of Benoit getting to the main event like that, but that's exactly why it worked. Benoit's character work WAS his in ring work.

Bryan... not so much. He wrestles. He wrestles good. But there's no character work involved.

I like him. I'd like to see him get some good mid card acclaim, but I don't wanna see him working in the main event.

I think Bryan could make it as an occasional main event challenger and even one time champion. Plenty of guys have held that belt who were never full time main eventers for various purposes.

I mean Backlund won it again in the 90s. And lets not forget Vince's world title win.

Booker T on commentary is basically just

"Dat's mah dawg there! Pourin' dat coffee in the big boy cup! I never seen nuttin' like dat befo'!"

"He got all the talent in da wurld, he got da tools but he ain't got nothin' on a young man named Booker T!"

" I'm just wonderin' man!"

"Sometimes i like to have a lot of gravy on top my biscuits just covernig the whole thang but that's another story Josh..."

And I'm just sitting there like

HAHAHA that's awesome!!!

Speaking of One Night Stand... Anyone remember when crowd reactions to Cena like this were "weird"? Like... they almost never happened.

[YT]n-PkYVxM_d0 [/YT]

I remember him getting boos before but NEVER like that. But then again it was an ECW crowd and Cena was everything ECW wasn't so I knew they were going to boo the hell out of him.

It was still amusing though. That was one of those crowds that only added to the atmosphere and made the match better. The match COULD have been mediocre but it still would have been an awesome show.

I'll give Cena credit he played it perfect that night. Trying to throw the shirt and stuff was gold. he knew how to use that crowd hate by getting them more fired up.

exactly....that shirt got tossed back 3 or 4 times before he just dropped it outside the ring...he knew exactly what he was doing

Then of course I remember Batista going into the ECW den and having the totally opposite reaction. He lost it and filled up his diaper in anger. :funny:

Even Orton handled a hostile ECW crowd better.

the British Bulldog? I almost did not recognize him with those glasses

I finally got the new Cage match dvd.

Right now I'm watching the OMG Top 50 moments. Whats everyone's take on the list?

I can't argue number 1 but some of the picks are ridiculous. Mae Young giving birth to a hand ranking THAT high?

I need to catch the Top Superstars of the 21st Century after hearing you guys talk about it. I may buy it.

I didn't really mind the listing until it got down into the final ten. The beer bath was surprising at the time but I wouldn't place it that high.
The Montreal Screwjob should of been second or third. Also Jericho punching Shawn Michaels wife should of been on the list in place of Mae Young's birth. I gotta hand it to that woman though (no pun intended). The stuff her and Moolah did was crazy.

I might buy the stars of 21st century eventually. Lesnar vs. Angle is the only match on that set I don't own.
