Yeah, the magnetic field isn't changing, but a magnetic reversal has slowly begun. What happens is that the magnetic field around the Earth may be weakened, which will leave Earth susceptible to a lot of cosmic and solar radiation, which will sharply increase deaths by cancer.

Heck, even if nothing externally catastrophic happens (i.e., solar flares/sunspots, Planet X, asteroid), two things is for still for sure,..One, we're approaching the Dark Rift, or the equator of our entire Milky Way galaxy, and our magnetic poles are going to reverse very soon and we should've all been told about what we can do about preparations before it becomes some sort of 2-month warning.

Heh, I feel like watching The Core or Deep Impact right now...

Some of this stuff could explain some stuff in the show, "Lost". Maybe they're all on an island where the magnetic field has been reversed and supernatural stuff starts happening..

Someone in my Geology class mentioned this today. I think she only said it though cause we were talking about the earth's magnetic field at the time, and my professor called out on her for talking to a friend in class.
Personally, I don't think anything will happen.

That "picture" has a building in the distance splitting the sun's light making it appear to be two objects.. If there was a "planet X" then we'd have seen it, felt its effects and probably observed it smash into Mars or Mercury, plus a planet big enough to equal the sup in size (judging from the photograph) would so huge we'd have seen it just about every other weekend..

Don't Trust that website.. and there is no planet X, if there is a Planet X it's probably in the Kuiper Belt causing the "Kuiper Cliff"
