And it would probably be his own. And it has to be down in a Southern state because his Southern Violence needs to commence once again. I'm sure me and you are the only two that get the reference.

I wonder if he still has that Cowboy hat? "It's time for Southern VI-lence". /Southern accent

- WWE had been planning to spend the next few months building Roman Reigns up with the idea that he would win the Royal Rumble and go on to challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 31. He will be out of action for a few months but even in a worst case scenario, Reigns should be back in time for the Rumble and plans may not be changed that much.

With Reigns out, it appears that Dean Ambrose will be getting the push as the #2 babyface for now.

Reigns and Daniel Bryan should both be back at around the same time. Another Superstar expected to be back for WrestleMania 31 season is Batista, possibly doing his farewell run.

Huge opportunity for Ambrose. I see him as a top star, I just hope WWE management does as well.

So when they talk about the #2 face spot that means Cena is still viewed as #1?

I thought Batista was due back in the summer and signed a 2 year deal? I guess his return was such a huge failure that everyone is cutting their losses and he'll finish up 9 months early and put someone over on the way out at Mania.

- Prince Devitt will be using the name Finn Balor in WWE NXT.

There was talk of letting him use his real name, Fergal Devitt, but that is not the case.

Devitt may be in action at tonight's NXT tapings from Full Sail University.

Finn Balor? Who wants to watch a dude with that name. They really take having the rights to a guy's name seriously don't they? That doesn't come close to being as cool a name as Prince Devitt.

So Devitt gets a rejected Hobbit name?

Idiots....

Yes, I believe Cena is still viewed as 1, though IMO Bryan would be 1B

Maybe although we'll see how his post Guardians pop is. i still want a completely literal Batista in WWE :O

So what would you guys be doing with Orton if you were in charge? I'm not sure what I'd do if he wasn't part of The Authority. I'd probably have him feud with Adrian Neville to establish Neville on the main roster as someone who can hang with the top guys.

Also how long before we get Cena vs Rusev where Cena breaks the accolade and makes Rusev tap to the stf?

It's not as terrible as I imagined. Prince Balor would have worked though. Balor= King of the Fomorians (group of supernatural beings) in Irish Mythology. But in WWE's mind, having the name "Prince" would not have put asses in seats so it was either Fergal or Finn.

Agreed; heck look at what Punk's sudden departure from the company did for the company and for Daniel Bryan when it came down to their WM 30 plans.

Now provided that the Rock isn't brought back to main event WM 31, this could be good news for Dean Ambrose since he's likely to become the next candidate in a situation like this that the company will focus in trying to build upon.

I think it would be better if Reigns just ends up taking on Triple H for WM 31, with Ambrose and Daniel Bryan being involved in a triple threat match involving Brock Lesnar.

Personally, this is how I would end up booking WM 31:

1. Daniel Bryan vs Dean Ambrose vs Brock Lesnar (WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match- Triple Threat). Let's say that John Cena helps Ambrose screw over Rollins into losing his Money in the Bank Contract to Ambrose himself. Daniel Bryan returns to the Rumble where he wins it and Ambrose ends up cashing the contract in advance for a WM 31 Match.

2. Roman Reigns vs Triple H

3. John Cena vs Seth Rollins... which is a result of the scenario listed above.

4. Bray Wyatt vs Bad News Barrett (Intercontinental Championship Match)

5. Cesaro vs Dolph Ziggler vs Sheamus vs Kofi Kingston (US Championship Match- Fatal Fourway)

6. The Undertaker vs Sting (Retirement Match for both Wrestlers)

7. The Usos vs Stardust and Goldust vs The Colons (Carlito and Primo back to their original gimmick) in a Triple Threat "Family Feud" Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

I'm not up to date enough with the product to comment on the whole card but I think Brock as a special attraction works best as 1 on 1 to give that big fight feel, not in multi-man matches.

Given he never officially lost the title and was barred from last years Rumble I think Brock vs Bryan is the best possible match they can do for Mania if Bryan still has huge support when he returns.

As for Reigns, I think Triple H is ideal to lead him through his first big Mania singles match, but Reigns vs Cena could also be interesting, although personally I'd do Rusev vs Cena.

Then his name would translate to Prince King? I think they should have just calked him Devitt or Saucy Scallion.

And I still hate the name "Sami Zayn", but I love the guy and is over like hell so....

I guess Devitt should just be grateful that he wasn't named McGinty Guinness given Vince's lack of subtlety.

Is that the name they're going with?

So Prince Devitt will go by the name of Finn Balor. I can't help but fall out of my bed laughing.

This week's Impact was filler and nothing advances in terms of the storylines. They picked the wrong time to follow up last week's great show in No Surrender with this pointless, unnecessary filler.

TNA's priorities are messed up because they seemed to be more concerned about filling time than to build up this year's BFG. If they care more about filling time, they're not putting in the effort in their product and it's something Vince Russo talked about in his podcasts.

TNA, I know you're a lot better than this. I hope you don't let your TV deal situation overshadow everything as BFG is not a TV thing.

If people actually have seen a Devitt match or listened to interviews with him, there really isn't nothing stereotypically Irish about him outside of his accent so this is him kinda honoring supernatural Irish folklore. Now, if they turn him into a Sheamus, then we have things to worry about. Want to talk about ****** NXT names? Kassius Ohno (and his gut) say hi. Come to think of it, Finn Balor sounds a lot like a James Bond villain which I'm cool with.

Yeah, I'm going on a random tangent now. :o
