I miss Azrael too.

I thought it was funny.Off the top of my head... the Jason Todd tentacle thing. But most of all the concept and imagery of a demon made out of still born babies the other week in Countdown.
I was actually offended by that. Truely. I think it was unbelievably insensitive of DC.![]()

Cassandra Cain is the name of the newest Batgirl, for which Leaguer has always had a thing.

I think it's funny that he was offended.
I didn't think it was funny. I thought it was sick and highly inappropriate.
Imagine how those would feel who have experienced the tragedy of the birth of a still born child themselves after reading that.
Countdown is not supposed to be a Horror comic. A demon whose body is made up of the little bodies of dead babies is disgusting and belongs in a Hellraiser flick or something.
I found it very upsetting.
Did you read 52?
Yes...
So you didn't have a problem with Black Adam punching teenage girls through the chest or any of the other crap that went on in there.
No. And I knew this was coming.![]()
I did not have a problem with any of the violence in 52. Even when Sobek was munching down on poor little Amon Tomaz. Though i'm sure there were those out there who have lost relatives due to crocodile attacks who were quite disturbed.![]()

But seriously. That's comic book violence. Which I personally feel is in a different ball park to demon's who are made from still born babies, who harvest still born souls. There is a distinction there somewhere.
I thought it was cute, which is why I hate it. Underdog is annoying, not cute.
