Things you HATE, Volume II

I hate looking around in the fiction/literature section and seeing books by Hilary Duff and Nicole Richie. Also seeing books about Just Bieber and who ever the hell is that women from Jersey Shore.

I hate when companies post an internal job posting publicly. I mean, why bother posting it if you're only accepting internal candidates!?!

Because if an external candidate has enough accreditation then they might be able to push out the internal possibilities.

Or someone who wants one of those "internal" jobs may take a lower grade job just to get employed by the company and hope to get one of the internal jobs in the future.

i hate that my friend is being deployed to iraq for a year

i hate that my best friend had to leave town. i hadn't seen her in almost 5 yrs and i miss her a lot. she's also going to be deployed for about 7 months this year and lives 3000 miles away

I hate that my best friend wants to move to Sarasota, Florida.

I hate that every time I go to the apartment there is an enormous, smelly beast of a man who looks like he's 7 feet tall, 500 pounds, hasn't shaven in years, talks like an extremely loud woman about anything an everything no matter how inappropriate no matter how public we are, shows a butt crack even when he's standing up, blabbers endlessly and has no problem breaking in when we are in the middle of having a conversation, and is too oblivious to know that Mark, Robbie and Dustin only keep him around because he cleans the house while he's there.

I hate how some people are overreacting to the recent set pics with Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. Seriously, his wardrobe is that much of a big deal for you?? I get if you don't like to personally wear those types of clothes but damn, it's like they expect him to be in a whole Urkel get-up

I feel the same way when I see books about rappers. As if their fans read!

This.
I hate when other black people accuse me of "talking white" or giving my kids "white" names.

I'm still curious as to how you landed on the name "Chrisette". You do realise that there are perfectly good feminine versions of the name "Chris" out there, right? Quite a few variants in fact.

It just strikes me as way out of left field, like calling your daughter "Stevette" or "Bruceny".

It was HARDLY a "left field" choice. The last thing I wanted to do was tag her with some name that screams "Daddy wanted a boy."
And truth be told, I would have LOVED to be able to name her Christina or something along those lines but her mother's distaste for "common" names made even "Chrisette" an uphill battle-and the ONLY battle that I actually won. When her first name was initially proposed, I immediately thought of Akira, and I was vehemently opposed to it. My protests ultimately went ignored.

I hate bombs, guns, suicide

"There is something else I really hate, and I really hate that I can't share it cause no one will accept my point of view of it" ~ I hate putting myself in an awkward position where people persist on knowing what that thing is and I can't answer

I hate that not enough people are trying to change the world with silly love songs. I mean, what's wrong with that? I need to know. 'Cause here I go again...

I hate that if you have car insurance in the state of MA, you get 3 windshield replacements a year at no charge, yet in RI you have to pay the deductible.

i see what you did there :word:

I hate people who cut directly into your path-be it on foot, on the road, whatever-and then look at you like YOU made a jacked-up decision.

i hate when you're driving down the street and someone is walking in the middle of it and won't get out of the way

Queen Latifah. This woman is beyond annoying and conceited and the fact that she continues to get hosting jobs for award's shows honestly blows my mind.
