I hated that I got up early Tuesday morning to go talk to a professor for help but was delayed due to a flat tire. I arrived on time despite the pouring rain, and she chewed me out for being "unprepared" for the meeting. The school is over an hour away from where I live and I hadnt been able to look over a book needed to do my project since the last class. (None of the local libraries carry it, I looked. Its a reference book, so I couldnt take it out of the school library.) She kicked me out of her office and told me not to come back until I was ready. I went looking for the book at the school library and none of the librarians knew where it was. So after a few hours a new librarian came on staff and she knew exactly where it was.

At least I got a lot of work done, after I found the damn thing. Another student later told me that the prof also has chewed him out, so I felt better. So long story short, I hated last Tuesday.

If I could go back to high school I'd punch all of the teachers that said that to the class. You can get punched randomly in the real world too.

This is her last semester before she retires and I think she is more than ready to get out of there. My experiences with her are definitely going onto the evaluation form we get on the last day. Like I said, other students have had similar experiences, so I dont feel as bad as I did before I knew that.

No offense to people who enjoy the custom or are fine with it but I hate the idea of royalty. Particular the british royals. The idea that some somewhat inbreed people are better than everyone just because they were born into money pisses me off. Those people sound pretty f**ked up, just like everybody else why should I bow to them in any sense?

Part of it may be the American in me but I just hate it. I hate all the hoopla over this William and Kate wedding too. I wish them good luck as I would any couple but I honestly don't give a f**k about their marriage. I hope they enjoy their unearned titles and living off of tax payer money. They are going to split in 10 to 15 years anyow.

To be fair, their power is constantly diminishing and they are generally expected to contribute to society (which they do). Their main purpose is as a tourist attraction, which brings in a lot of money. Most Brits definitely don't see them as better than everybody else.

I try to save money where I can. One of the things I do to save money is buy the LARGEST size of my favourite shampoos / conditioners / soaps that the store has in stock.

Tonight I was conserving water by sharing a shower (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it ) when the guy in the shower with me dropped the FULL BOTTLE of shampoo on my foot!!!

I have 4 small cuts across the top of my foot and I know it'll be one big bruise by morning.

I hate it when folks are clumsy (he said sorry about 10 times).

Yep, I feel the same way. I was at a grocery store the other day & they had some Royal Wedding trinkets at the checkout lanes. I mean seriously, I wish the young couple well, etc....but they just blow it out of proportion.
