This just makes me sick

My statement had nothing to do with Liberalism directly. I merely wish to say that if Katie was not joking she would be a control freak by forcing liberal views on others. I did not mean to imply that all liberals are control freaks.
It's still a pretty low move to say that someone if the love child of Hitler and Saddam just because they're a control freak.

Please, stop mentioning that. It's probably the worst possible mental image ever.

Sad, truly sad. Even sadder for the children who witnessed this. They'll probably grow up scarred psychologically in some sort of way.:csad:
Never mind.

I'm amazed that this thread is mostly about bias, when all that Fox News did was put a story out there about a shooting. CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNBC, Bloomberg all I'm sure put out the same story...

How the heck did it coming from Fox, totally make people miss what truly happened here...

A man was killed in front of his 3 children...WTF does bias and Fox have to do with that.... Conservatives as well as Liberals should be sad about this, not debating over freaking bias...

Total head shaker...

This thread would be boring if all of us just posted the same, "That's terrible!", "Those guys deserve life in prison", etc. opinions.

Being able to compose thoughts within our minds, we do not need to reproduce every emotion or idea relevant to the topic at hand in order to acknowledge it.

That really wasn't my point...but no biggie.

How was it not your point?

Should I have bolded the part of your comment saying that people "have missed what truly happened here"?

Because Fox is the News Media equivalent of The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

Or the Boy Who Cried "Look Sarah Palin's book is awesome! Look how many people came this book signing" even when that's not the videos that they were showing.

It's hard to trust any story that they tell because of that, even if the story is true.

Yes, you are. If you are conservative in today's world, you are in fact, stupid and out of date.
If you are serious, I can't believe you would say such a thing. Way to make a blanket statement about a group's collective intelligence based on their political leanings. Aren't you gay? As a minority, shouldn't you know how it feels to be judged based on your belonging to a certain group?

You slam people for perceived intolerance, yet you are one of the most narrow-minded and intolerant people I have encountered on these boards.

Also, it says a lot that not one person on here felt the need to call you out on such a silly statement.

I didn't call him out cuz I don't really give a s**t. :o

Exactly my point. And it's quite telling. Thank you. :)

I'm not ashamed of my apathy. I'd embrace it, if I actually gave a s**t. :o

But what does this perception have to do with this particular story?

Thank you Kel. Really, someone posted this somewhere else and I thought it was something sad, newsworthy, and worth posting. I didn't realize using the Fox News source would be such a controversial subject. Jeeze, people, someone died like that, and all anyone can do is ***** about the source.

Why can't people be saddened by the news, yet annoyed by the source anyway?

Is that really impossible to imagine?
