That's not it. You are more than entitled to have this thread. But in what way does this thread serve as a "spoiler" for SM3? And don't tell me that there are plenty of other threads here that are not spoilers. I agree. As the old saying goes, two wrongs don't make a right.

Realistically, you need to go back and re-read this entire thread, and ask yourself who is calling who names. Check it out. I just read the entire thing from an objective point of view before I watched the clip. It is outrageous how those supporting this thread have been allowed to call names and say anything they want without a peep from the Mod. Those opposing it are being threatened on almost every post they make.

Finally, these threads aren't here to be ignored. When someone comes to the "spoilers" section, they should expect actual relevance to SM3. This movie clip has ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO CORRELATION OR RELATIONSHIP to SM3. Nor is it a spoiler. So have your thread. I'm all for it. But post it where it belongs.

Who said that anyone who likes it is dumb? I certainly didn't. I did say some of those who need to resort to insults are simple-minded.

Let's be clear- I have no problem with people being intrigued with this movie. Point of fact- I even think it looks kind of interesting. You'll note i haven't made a comment about the quality of the actual movie itself. My only point of contention is that it's pretty ridiculous to compare this guy in a spandex suit to the effects work they're doing for Spidey 3. And even moreso when it's pretty clear that this Mercury Man movie would not exist, but to bandwagon Spider-Man.

But as with everything here- disagreeing with certain people doesn't spark debate, only attack.

Speculation of what? "This May Be Close To What Symbiote Spidey Or Venom Will Look Like In Action" is the name of the thread. Fine. On what basis does this vid relate to SM3? If I go outside and videotape an old lady crossing the street, can I then submit it as a spoiler as to how Venom will look like in action? Why not? That has as much to do directly with SM3 as this vid. Spoilers, by their nature, must have something to do with the movie. They can't just be anything somebody pulls off the net, otherwise everything could be classified a spoiler.

I hope(and believe!) you're right, Wesyeed, that this thread will be gone in a day's time. But there will be others to take its place. And how do we address the perceived inconsistencies in the Mods policing things here? This thread here is one of the most blatant cases I've seen of favoritism, but it's not the only one. So this is about a whole lot more than just one thread.

But you'll note that it wasn't anyone disagreeing who started with the insults. It was those in favor of the thread.

Anyway, this topic doesn't deserve all the energy that's being expended on it.

If anyone really thinks Venom or Spider-Man will look like this character, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised when the first clips are released.

See, here is the real truth behind these boards so often. When someone has no defense they call names or tell the other person to go away. Your point #1 calls Dragon a troll, a fact that the Mod had already determined was NOT the case. So it is isn't 100% truth. Point #2, fair enough, I'll take your word for it. See? It's not so hard to admit when you've done something wrong. I notice you don't address all of the other "indiscretions" I listed. And finally, I'm not trolling.
