It would help if Smallville did use the comics though but hey what can you do???

A fault I could just as easily attribute to the movie.

but no one said the movie has the comics to fall back on did they??????

Also much to my dislike the movie is becoming part of the comics like it or not starting with OYL which was pretty much the movie and now moving into Donners run.

Depending on what Donner does, it makes me fear I may be dropping the man of steel from my pull list for a while. :csad:

Donner is suppose to be doing what he would have done with Superman III, IV and so forth and is suppose to be helping them add the kid into the comics. Since Johns helped Donner with Superman: The Movie and II.

Oh god, he's going to have Radioactive Disco Dude in the comics isn't he, and the Super Computer.:csad:

Personally I don't want the comic bogged down with a super-kid. :o :down

It just frightens me...that's all.

Nope his take on Brainiac (which was suppose to be the main person in Superman III) without Gus and all. I will admit I am looking forward to somethings he is doing like putting Rudy back into the comics, Zod(from Superman II) and all but some things I am not (adding the movie into the comics) though it is rumored Superman: The Movie is suppose to be what the new origin is only they are updating it for the comics.

can he put ms teschmacher in the comments?

or would the comics then being ripping off the movie?

thats an interesting paradox.

oh no ive gone crosseyed

It can't be any worse than what Busiek is doing now. Action and Superman is not fun at the moment, at least to me. I mean an intergalactic ebay story and Subjekt whatever, guhhh.

Well if they did "rip-off" some Roswell stories and archetype characters..then I say, more power too them

I watched (or rather.. tried to) several episodes of Roswell, and the only thing that I really liked in it ws Jason Behr - who also has an otherworldly beauty, like Tom. BUT, that lead charters amazing and sexy look just wasn't enough to keep me as a viewer.

roswell.. i don't even remember why i didn't like it at the time..

hmm.. maybe because i watched like 3 seconds of it.. :)

boo hoo this show ripped off that show, guess what, you will still be in front of your tv watching smallville. what a bunch of whiney beotches.
