Trucks come in on Thursdays I do believe. That's normally when I go hunting for figures there.

But in honesty, you're a bad location for figures. Arkansas never gets stuff on time, that's what I've learned over the past year.

Yeah I see that first hand, like I've said before Walmart's home office is near here and it makes NO SENSE why they wouldn't have these hyped toys on the shelves EARLY because they do the set ups for the other stores HERE.

Would you guys recomend getting the Marvel Select Thor or the 6 inch figures?

I'm picking up both. The Selects are normally VERY nice. I love my Coipel Thor Select.
The Movie Thor version select comes with part of the "KEY" of Bifrost and Loki Select has the other half of the Key. the "KEY" is a diorama for the two figures.

It also depends on your Budget, the selects normally run $21.99. I'm not sure what the 6" will run, but it'll probably be up there in price since the 3.75 figures are around 7-8 bucks.

Don't the 6 inch figures usually come after the movies been released? Seems like that happened with Iron Man 2 and Incredible Hulk.

Here either Lix, just checked Walmart about a half hour ago. Only thing they were stocking in the toy section were V-Tech stuff.

hopefully the 6inch line of iron man is out soon

went into walmart just as they were putting the thor toys on the shelves tonight. all they got in were the action figures, so i grabbed the only frost giant and odin that they got. figure i can wait a few days on the thor since 9 of the 12 figures that came in were thors. odin is going to need a custom paint job though, neither this one or the redeco on the hasbro site had movie-accurate paint jobs

Yeah! I finally got the Lightning Hammer Mjolnir! The sound effect isn't that bad. Actually it's better than I thought it would be.
I thought the mallet head was going to be that flexible plastic, but, it's actual RUBBER. The mallet head is one piece. No seem like in that SDCC piece we saw.

Haven't seen anything in my local toy shops so I made this to hold me over. Enjoy...

I've been wanting to do a Masters of the Universe Classics rendition of Thor for a long time. As soon as I saw the proto pics for the Bow figure I thought, "THAT is the base figure I've been waiting for". The bone structure, the blue pants and no furry shorts. This just had to be done.

Bow wasn't the only figure I sacrificed to make my definitive Thor though. I stole parts from 4 separate Thor figures in my collection. Torso armor, hair, helmet wings, boot tops from series 13 ML Thor, Mjolnir (hammer) from Classic Avengers box set Thor, belt emblem from a series 3 ML Thor, cape from MS modern Thor.
Could not be happier with this figure. Let me know your thoughts.

Yeah the Nerf Hammer's the Smaller one.
Personally if you're MY height 5' 6", the smaller one would be great for Cosplay. It's scaled to the right size for us. lol Makes us look a bit bigger than we are.

I was at a Walmart in Austin last night and grabbed the Nerf Mjolnir (I think the packaging just says "Hammer of Thor" though) and a helmet. My 4 year old loves them. So cool to see kids role-playing Thor.
