The other day I had an argument with a friend, Jack.
My other friend, Brandon, was making jokes about sleeping with my friend Jacks sister(who is two years older than him). The sort of people we are made it as light hearted, as your mum jokes are a regular cause for humour. Jack jokily said that hes shoot Brandon if he ever found him with his sister, yes Jack owns a rifle. Then I said what about if she actually wanted that though?
Jack responded by saying that he didnt care, hed kill him anyway. Then he went on to say that hed do the same for pretty much any man.
At this point I that she should be free to make her own decisions, its her c*nt, she can do what she wants with it.
Jack then stood very close to me, face to face and look rather angry, so I took a step back and said what are you trying to do, kiss me? in an attempt to lighten the tone.
He then said that I was a ******ng A-hole and a dick head. And that he never wanted to see me again, yet would still hang out with Brandon.
Then he barged past me and walked off.
I left it a day for him to cool down before sending him a text message.
It read along these lines:
Im sorry, my use of words could have been much better, I would never do anything like that, but she is a person and she can do whatever she wants. I could have expressed this better, for this I apologize."
These are the next messages we exchanged, word for word, starting with his reply(censored swear words)
Im going to f-ing kill you, you piece of *****, youre a f-ing a-hole and if you come round to my house ever, I will shoot you, your so lucky Im a nice guy. Next time you se me stay the F out of my way.
All I was trying to say is that your sister is a person who can and should make her own decisions, now what exactly is wrong about that?
I f-ing hate you, if you were here right now I would sink my teeth into your neck and rip out chunks of flesh and spit them in your face, you dont get it do you, I f-ing hate you, were not friends anymore, stop texting me dick head.
I really dont understand your problem here, Im trying to apologize, even though all I said was that your sister is a person capable of independent thought.

Youre more intelligent than this. You can work out misunderstandings and problems with reason, I dont even know why youre mad?
And thats why so many people dont like you. You were incredibly rude about my sister so f-ing inconsiderate of my feelings, did you ever stop to think about how offended I would be? The answer is no you didnt, you never do, why do you think Lyndsey (my ex gf) left you, youre a f-ing a-hole because you will never care about anyone but yourself, the only thinking that stopped me smashing your head in when you said it, was that you used to be my friend, I give friends that privilege, your not my friend anymore, dont expect any kindness I hope I never see you ever again, I hate you.
I will send him the following reply tomorrow morning:
I wasnt thinking about your feelings, I was thinking about your sisters, the fact that her brother cares more about what he wants than what she wants. Its like your sister saying you cant see Amy(his gf), she has no place to say that, and you should respect her own decisions. Do you have a problem with her living as she wants to? I never mentioned anything other than her right to freedom. Please have a think, not for my sake, but for hers.
Next message from him:
"No more talk, I hate you, don't try to act like your a good guy, you're a f-ing dick you only care about yourself I F-ing hate you, never speak to me ever again, Don't text me ever again or I'm goign to block your number."
So of course, I sent a reply:
"If you want me to stop texting you, answer one question. Do you think there is something wrong with your sister sleeping with someone SHE WANTS to?"
To this, I have recieved no reply...
