Sequels Thread for VILLANS in Spider-Man 4 and 5 (Don't make any more!)

I think Mysterio being in a Spider-Man movie coud be amazing, if done right. Lizard and Kraven would be perfect for SM4. I also wouldn't mind Lizard and Electro.

The look of Mysterio for a film would look alot different for me.

I think I'd change the bowl on his head to more of a glass more symetrical to his head, and shows more of his outline of his face and head, with just a bit of roundness to it.

Considering that Mysterio is arguably one of the most deliberately theatrical villains in comics, his costume should reflect that.

Not that I necessarily have a problem with those pairings, but why?

First off, I dislike Kraven. Never have. I don't like the idea of Tarzan coming into a modern-day city, trying to hunt down Spider-man. Secondly, Mysterio is incredibly underrated. It'd be awesome to see Bruce Campbell as Mysterio. He'd need no origin story - that could be left for Connors -. Master of illusions and all that would be awesome. Thirdly, Connors has been introduced through 2-3. So, Lizard is kinda a give me.

For Spider-man 5, like everyone else, I want to see Electro. He'd be a tough challenge for Spidey. And Scorpion is one of my favourite Spider-man villains. Electro hardly needs much of an origin, so like Lizard, it can go to Scorpion.

Scorpion is the kind of villain who could be the ultimate weapon against Spidey. I'd like him to be the only villain of SM5.

As for Mysterio, I want a more serious guy. Give Bruce his funny cameos.

I really want him! If he is in 5 and not in 4, I'm also fine with it! As long as he is there. It's definetly a story that needs to be done.

Hmm, I agree on this also! I don't want him as Mysterio. But I do wanna see his usual cameos if Raimi will continue to direct the further movies!

SM4:
Main villains: Lizard, Kraven
Minor villains: Scorpion, Rhino, and/or Vulture
I see the minor villains as those that Spidey fights in an opening sequence. I prefer the team of Scorpion and Rhino, but I included Vulture as a wild card. I see SM4 as having an animal-based theme so these minor villains provide a foreground for that.

SM5:
Mysterio, Chameleon, Skrulls*
After the events of SM4, I see Peter not only trying to rehabilitate his physical self, but his mind as well. I believe that these villains provide a great opportunity for him to be tested.
*Skrulls are included given that a certain team-up is allowed, and to possibly tie up other cosmic-related loose ends in the series (Doc Ock's fusion chamber, symbiote).

I want to see Scorpion. I find his animal theme very interesting, seeing as how the scorpion is the natural predator of the spider. I just want to see a different costume, because really, it's horrid.

I wouldn't mind seeing Kraven, Lizard, or Mysterio either, but I have a problem with Electro, because when I think of Spidey versus Electro, I think they're going to give Spidey a rubber suit or something. That, and Electro is a hard villain to create, because I see him beating Spider-man fairly easily. However, if they can make a smart way of Spider-man winning, without resorting to camp, I'll happy.

I'm fine with any of the villains on this list except for Vulture and Rhino.
As for Rhino, I dont even want him as a minor villain.
As for Vulture, I really dont find an old man in bird suit interesting.
Well Vulture shold've really been in Spiderman 3.

Lizard- as main antagonist

Kraven- as antihero, not knowing Lizard is really a human and just an egomaniac niceguyt:

Chameleon and Calypso- as relatives of Kraven and work with him or somehow involved with the hunter.

SPIDERMAN 5

Electro, Vulture and Scorpion as baddies

Possible sinister 6 with Mysterio as leader with ultimate design

Cameo of Morbius and Jackal as proffesors, Shocker as terroist or criminal

Rhino, Enforcers, Tombstone, Blackie Drago etc. as prison inmates before they get there powers (if they ever do)

Dock Ock won't come back. As much as I love him (fav villain) he is sinking endlessly to the bottom of the river. Tentacles can still come back though? Niether will carnage appear because he will most likely be the villain in the venom movie. Cletus could cameo possibly.

Indeed, however, I think Bruce Cambell is awesome and hope to see him make a cameo in every Spidey film.
