The latest is that Zimmerman was recorded on the 911 call saying "******* *****".

That's what news is for though. I mean, make the thread if you want, but it' probably going to fall into obscurity anyway since it doesn't make for any type of discussion, let alone interesting discussion.

Serious stories most definitely can be posted if there's potential for intellectual, civil debate and discussion.

As for the racist shooting story, Ferret's right in that all that will be said is, "oh, that's sad, and the guy with the gun was definitely racist." No pun intended, but stories like that are pretty much black and white.

It's not against the rules to create a thread for it, though.

I did love aspects of it. I love early to mid 20th century period pieces, so it did have great aspects. I loved a lot of it up until Captain America became an action film (well when he pretty much became Captain America completely) and then I sort of switched off, as I didn't appreciate it as much lol.
