I love to see Tim direct a film in the MCU. Deadpool was an ingenious film on many levels and it punched WELL ABOVE it's budget. Many tough creative choices had to be made and it seems like Tim & co. made all the right ones. I'd be shocked if Kevin Feige didn't reach out to this guy at some point about the potential of bringing him into the MCU fold. Does this idea excite you like it does me? If so, what films do you think he's be good for?

I think he'd be perfect for a Hit-Monkey film down the road.

He already directed the opening of Thor 2, so who knows.

We'll see. Apparently he's directing Influx for Fox next.

Inhumans would be a good fit. Seems like a natural transition. A Black Widow film would be great as well.

Speaking of Gunn, doesn't seem like he's as committed to working on a Guardians 3 as he was for Guardians 2. Wouldn't surprise me if he moves on after the second one. Then again, he might just want to wait and see how he feels once everything is done

Eh we'll see. Hopefully his career will thrive and he can do something great next whatever it is.

Shouldn't it be Tim Miller in the DCEU? Since he's done some DC work already.

He's worked with Marvel as well. Miller is credited as a second unit director on Thor:The Dark World and had to leave a similar role on Captain America: Civil War in order to fulfill his directorial duties on Deadpool. Miller's already tight with Feige (hence the "Feige's Pizza" reference )and played a key role in kicking off the MCU by directing a series of shorts featuring Iron Man prior to that movie's release.

Thanks for posting that

This guy can clearly do it all. Add Spidey and Iron Man to the list. The voice actor sounds like the same guy who voiced Tony in the Marvel/Lionsgate animated films.

Man i remeber those short vids as a kid. They were the perfect.

He directed those videos? Man, I am convinced Whedon paid homage to a scene of Hulk catching Iron Man in those videos in the Avengers. There's just too many similarities.

It couldve been on a list of things marvel wanted to happen in the movie. Or whedon could've just been paying homage. Either way it was great.
